@@RRSmurf No, I get it! It is just so special of a car that we want to watch more of it, and for someone like me, I want to know more about it from a South African guy ( I am Proudly South African I guess) :)... So it was a bit disappointing ...
I wish they gave you an opportunity to review this car on the same level like you did the McLaren 720s. A stationary vehicle review like this with one or two revs doesn't do this legendary speedster justice. Make it happen, man.
That's odd because the redline actually changes based on the oil temperature. If cold the redline sits at like 6000 and slowly increases as it warms up.
I’m disappointed with the energy displayed during the engine specifications... like, the Sound of the engine is thanks to Yamaha Audio collaboration! Who does that!
Illyrian Gamer Get your facts straight kiddo... LFA 552hp 4.8 L ( high rev motor) Lol HP isn’t everything, the driving experience is what makes the LFA iconic, which is why Jeremy Clarkson loves it so much. SMH 🤦🏻♂️ no need to reply bcuz this is last and only reply I’m making 🙂

Alrighty, a challenge then. Send us a 60s video of yourself reviewing a car, shoot it on your cellphone. We'll post it publicly and let people vote. If you're voted better than Ciro we'll fire him and hire you? You've got 48 hours, good luck!
I live in Japan, one day out at Daikoku PA I saw 2 of them parked next to each other. Only later did I work out it was a His & Hers scenario. So flipping amazing in real life!!
The engine information is what most of us came to see Lol. Come on now; this is a car channel. You should know that. BTW. The LFA beats the GTR in the quarter mile...
You know you live in the most unequal country when you've seen this in the streets of Sandton while counting change in a minibus taxi with a bent axle. Lovely sounding car this.
My Friend Krxbby said he once saw one in Joburg and I was so jealous because I didn't believe it was available in SA, I love the engineering of this car and that soulful V10 engine , mxm you didn't even mention the single clutch transmission😏 , how could you forget that if you've watched Top Gear
I'm on record as having called it an over-priced Supra, and basically ignored it for years after it was released.....then one day i heard the sound of the engine by chance, WOW! nothing else comes close, maybe a Carrera GT, but the LFA gets my vote
Ciro is just being dramatic, he could have done a lot while the engine is warming, he forgets this is not a crappy German or unreliable Italian Icons but a TOYOTA. An engine that revs to the stratosphere will obviously need time to lubricate everything first in order to remain RELIABLE. I am googling the place because I want to visit the place to see the car in person as I am celebrating 10yrs of living with hybrids, in particular, TOYOTA/Lexus brand and still luv my 2010 Prius (written off- by accident)
The best sounding car next to v12 aventador without a doubt. I like that wheel colour me likely alot.. let me go find that paint code for my wheels asap.

Pity this car was exported to Britain. Lost forever for South Africa. Often done by Crossley&Webb - only after the quick buck. Also exported the ex Sarel van der Merwe 356 Speedster to Britain.
A young boy walks into a fine restaurant and orders their best steak...the chef takes a while and the boy complains and shouts at the waiter saying I'd have had 4 meals at McDonald's already........moral...good things take time., instead of taking in the sound what warming up, you acted like a 3year old not knowing what his waiting for
This is why Doug Demuro is king of car reviews, he does his research so he never runs out of information to share and doesn’t just sit there waiting for a car to warm up
Lexus claimed their engine could rev from idle to its redline in 0.6 seconds and an analog tachometer needle could not accurately track the LFA's changes in engine speeds. This necessitated the use of a digital tachometer which can instantly display engine speed...... This is as fine as frog hair, words will do this "car" no justice.
Come on man... there are so much details inside the car's cabin, that you can show us and tell us about, until the car is warm enough.

LFA is almost 9 bars now in 2024 still rare only 3 in SA
