- These realtor key props are one of my best selling items. Here’s how I make them from start to finish! The key file can be found in my Etsy shop called... That Mom With A Laser. 😄 #RealtorKeyProp #SOLD #RealtorSwag #Mira7 #AeonLaserUSA #RealtorProp #laser #laserengraving #engraving #realtorsign #woodensign #lasersign

Khameleon Customs thank you!
Khameleon Customs youre the best!
Hi, Love this! I was looking on your etsy shop for this file but am not seeing it.
Still learning about this laser stuff. What do you "mask" with and how long do you wait after you paint to put it on? I know that is a basic question. Your keys are adorable.
Loving your videos! Can you tell me what the realtors do with these keys? Do they give them as gifts to the client??
Great tips. How big is the finished piece?
Just got my laser and appreciate your tips. Can you share what wood you like to use?
Michele Chard I made this key out of 1/4” birch plywood 😃
@@ThatMomWithALaser thank you. I have been busy making ear savers so far but hope to find time to other items soon.
@@michelechard2415 you go girl!
Hey there! I just found your channel. I currently have a k40. I enjoy watching others with lasers. What thickness and type of wood do you use for the keys?
Hi! I used 1/4” birch for this.
@@ThatMomWithALaser 2/4? Or 1/4?
@@TheDwilliams1000 oops! Glad you caught that typo. I fixed it. I made it with 1/4” Birch.
@@ThatMomWithALaser lol it's ok. Awesome. I can't wait to get a bigger laser to do bigger projects
What are these used for exactly? Have you a photo of them being used please?
Sandra Martin it’s a photo prop for when a realtor closes on a house.
Can you please provide the link to the item in your Etsy shop as it’s not there
Hi! I went to tour etsy shop, but can't find the key file. :( Is there another place to find it?
What masking do you use?
Hello 👋🏼 what grade of sandpaper are you using to clean up paint?
Usually whatever I have on hand. I think on this sign it was 220 grit.
Nice but it would be nice to see the finished product without the jumping. Where is your shop link?
How much time did you put into this sign ?
On your machine have you tried to laser etching on any glassware, like wine glass or bottles, ceramic cups, or etc ?
I haven’t played with glass yet but I’ve done stones and metal tumblers. It can engrave glass I just haven’t done it. ☺️
Hello 👋🏼 thank you for your input. I’m very interested in the Mira 7 laser I’m just trying to get feedback from users. Do you purchase your laser though aeonlaser.us ?
I love you videos keep up the great work. 👍
@@markfernandez8175 thank you! I would contact them and ask them about their preorder specials. They are pretty quick with their chat box feature. You can contact them here -> (this is an affiliate link) aeonlaser.us/?ref=momlaser
@@ThatMomWithALaser thank you for your help and your time! 👍🙏🏼 have a good day 😊
@@markfernandez8175 my pleasure! You too!
What are your engrave speed and power?😍
how did you paint as white(background) i mean the before mask
Long Yan I just paint with a foam brush using white waverly chalk paint from Walmart and I laquernwith rustoleum lacquer 😃
That Mom with a Laser thank you
Where can I order asap????
This is nice but it seems REALLY time and supply intense. I wonder if there is enough profit to be made?🤔
There are definitely more efficient ways. This is one of my earlier videos when I was learning and experimenting. Now I use 3M double sided adhesive which is such a time saver. I’ve entertained spray paint but it always goes wrong for me, ha.
what type of laser is that?
I have an Aeon Mira 7 with a 60watt tube. I have a video on it here ua-cam.com/video/KsdW7mp7yMk/v-deo.html
How much do you sell them for?
Pat Nguyen depends on the amount of work and your market.
