It is generating tons of profits. Hopefully someone will decide to FINALLY put tretinoin over the counter. It is just as safe and would appeal to an even wider demographic as differen.
omg i've literally been debating on getting differin for my darker spots but have been too scared so glad you made this!!! We hope you and everyone else seeing this has a great day!!❤️🤗
Do it it has changed my life!! I started with different gel. The added the hydroquinone. Isee a derm and ask her and she said this is exactly how tonstart out with fading hyperpigmentation. I have a few stubborn spots so she gave me a script for 8%hydroquinone To use. I use Ella's MD tinted spf 41 or mineral sunscreen.
How is this product different from Differin Resurfacing Scar Gel? I was contemplating switching to this the dark spot correcting serum, but I don't understand their difference.
Dr. Dray, pretty please: a video on freckles. What they are, how they affect your skin/are indicative of sun exposure, prevention and how to rid yourself of them 💕💕💕💕
I have terrible dark spots on the lower end of my buttocks due to boils, I hope this will work to improve them 🥺 Thank you Dr. Dray for always sharing all this inf with us!
I am so glad to watch this video today, I was already doing it wrong, and I’m running to the store to get differin gel to start as she suggested. Thanks doctor!!
Dr. Dray, you look gorgeous and glowing! I will follow you to the end of the earth! Thank you for sharing your knowledge, I have learned sooo much from your vids!
I’ve tried this product twice, about 6 months apart, and my skin turned red within a minute of putting it on. I would never consider my skin to be sensitive to anything else. I was really hoping this would work for me with my dark spots and oily skin, which is why I tried it again, but I guess it’s just not for me :(
I tried this serum and it made me break out!! The label does say it is formulated with castor oil and I suspect that’s why I had such a negative reaction. It was super gentle and non irritating on application though.
Really, with how much our faces mean to us and the importance of having healthy hydrated skin with minimal products, or extra ingredients is so important but so out of reach for many. This channel has helped me not only make a skincare routine for the first time ever but one that actually works and that I can understand my angry sebaceous filaments due to this kind, hard-working woman. Dr. Dray, I now watch your videos even if I don't need the particular product simply because this channel is always teaching and guiding. And that gives me hope for my skin. Thank you.
thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us. my friends come to me for skincare advice, but i only know what i know from you so i always send them to your channel. you’re the best!!
Now I know why figure skaters have such great skin....They are indoor most of the time, with cool air. Unlike long distance runners, in the sun, heat, wind, cold,,hrs at a time...Totally regret not having enough sunscreen on last summer.
Thank you! I have 1 spot of melasma on my face I've been thinking about using this for. I already use Differin, so now I know how to fit the dark spot corrector in. I have my SPF at the ready as always!! 😊
Why does Melasma just jump right back up even when you’ve applied the thickest and most numerous layers of the best physical sunscreen when out in the sun?
there are chemical sunscreens actually execurbate melasma. I was wondering why a few patches came back recently. Now I will have treatment for a while and only use mineral sunscreens going forward
@@LilBoPeep777 which one are you using? I can't seem to find a good one that is not that expensive. I used use EltaMd but is a bit too expensive for me right now.
@L C two years ago I stopped wearing foundation. used gentle cleanser only and faithfully applied "Drmtlgy tinted moisturizer spf" . my pores gradually grew bigger , the melasma came back and it was wet/ smearing on phones , clothes, face masks 😷 I am now alternating and some days mixing mineral sunscreens. Why? For two reasons: I want to cover the melasma if I go out. So I use tinted sunscreen but they come in shades of mineral pigments that can be slightly an off color. The other reason is dryness! zinc is drying but will keep pores from enlarging. CeraVe hydrating sheer tint spf 30 is the least drying out three sunscreens I have. Great price and easy to find in stores. Australian Gold tinted mineral lotion spf 50 is the most drying out of all. You should mix it with another spf or a moisturizer. Nivea tinted mineral spf 15 with Vitamin E is the newest that I have. An Spf 15 is low so I only use it while staying out of the sun. One thing I noticed is it was not easy to buy in the U.S. after the small bottle is finished I won't repurchase. The next that I want to try is Supergoop mineral. Yet it hasn't been out very long. While I finish the Nivea spf there should be more reviews. One thing I plan to keep using in rotation is the CeraVe. I recommend trying it. Do you wear make up? What country do you live in?
@@LilBoPeep777 I’m in the tropics. I wear make up as often as I do not, and it’s not very heavy. I tried the carave AM moisture and it is good except that it’s only 30 spf. No matter how good my skin routine is, it all goes downhill here. Just one suncreeen filled hour outdoors and the melasma returns as stark and dirtier looking as ever. Tinted sunscreen moisture seems to be scarce in my zone. I guess it’s no sun for me.
This I so informative. I used the 2% with my Differin for 3 months. Went to my Derm and she ended up prescribing me a higher dose of Hydroquindone. I have few very stubborn spots.
