powerstar 2028 If you don't know how to work with a simple program, that's your fault, not the program. It's really simple to animate a circle in Flash if you just try to learn.

I have to say .....I purchased toon boom harmony 20 and this is by FAR the BEST Tutorial I can find online, and it was done in 2016. After listening to so many tutorials I swore this application was over my head, but this made it seem super easy and understandable. Looks like you maybe great as an artist, but also great at Teaching as well.

I'd say Adobe is great for beginners. It is a really great program. But if you're looking for something a bit more complex, toon boom is what you'll need.
I’m so glad I don’t have to do all the extra stuff if adding a frame for frame by frame like adobe animate. Toon boom is so much better imo because it auto does it for you
