And I will make my dream true with procreate dreams .. I’m 30 years old . I have 2 children’s , when I was young my dream was 3d Modeling and Animation … my mother didn’t understand what that was and she didn’t let me study … now I’m back ! And I’m going to learn it !!     I don't think I've ever seen or heard these principles explained this clearly. I usually absolutely HATE doing really basic "beginner exercises" like animating a ball, but halfway through this video I was ITCHING to animate a ball. XD

    Wooooaahh, every word you say in this video feels like im learning how to animate for the first time again. Its just that you really explained how the basics of animation works well, like how i studied too much before and u just made it into one video.     I've seen things on how you should start with doing the 'ball exercise' for animation, but I've never seen it explained in a way that makes this much sense. I knew my animation of motion didn't feel right, but now I feel like I've got a tool kit to try fix it. Thank you so much! :D

    Watching your video for the first time and it's really worth it. I was learning animation by myself a few years back but stopped in between cause I felt I would never be good at it.     Hey this is great! Im teaching animation and was looking for a simple tutorial that could be replicated by my student . He started off with his idea of a really complex animation but wanted him to go back to basics first, to feed back into his work, gve it some life!

    Wow. Now this is great teaching! Loved the visual examples to demonstrate the concepts...the paper airplane and the arcs, and the spacing issue. When you put all four of the coins on one sheet to demonstate the different outcomes available within the same timeframe...brilliant! I can't imagine the work you have put into this!     In the early 21st Century, computer hardware was finally getting good enough to do decent animation in video games. They TRIED to make the animation look like it was live-action -- i.e., look like they were filming the characters who appeared on the screen. The problem was that it didn't look "right." They had to go back and learn the tricks the animators learned in the 20s and 30s. It was only by applying these techniques that the animation looked like it should. This video points out some of these techniques. Well done!

    Made a bouncing ball in Aseprite, 12 frames. Used the speed, acceleration and squash&stretch. Funny and interesting video, it deserves more views!

    I took ur procreate dreams course ….will also purchase animation basecamp whenever available…..been making an animation for 6 months now maybe will take a year but will tag you whenever I publish …bcz ur and seoroh oh courses made that possible ….
