Even with a bit of a technical glitch shortly after she began to sing, she just looked back at the band to her right side, smiled and kept singing like nothing happened. R.I.P. When you’re a truly gifted singer like Nicolette was you don’t need over the top costumes, crazy choreography or 30 other people on the stage with you. All you need is your voice and your band and that’s more than enough, that’s just great rock & roll!!!!!!
I'd send them some money, but I'd be 37 years late. She was an acquired taste back in those days, disco was dying and it was a good time for music. Loved her and mourned her when she died!
Her passion, energy and zest for life displayed in this video are so beautiful it brings tears to my eyes. Gone way too soon but she left us with this masterpiece that never will be forgotten. ❤
Pure raw beauty in that voice... Takes me right back to grammar school, 8 yrs old. She is singing live and voice is identical to album and radio. Love it.
I love the guitar fills on this live version. Tight, tight band. And I love how she hits the highs when you don't think she'll hit them. Brilliant, live musicianship all around.
I have always Loved this song and this live version is a teal treat! Man Oh Man Nicolette could sing the heck outta this song.......What a Beautiful and Sweet voice....Gone much too soon. Rest in Peace Nicolette and Thanks for sharing your gifts with the world.
I miss you nicolette Larson you have a great voice i love your music very much. My condolences go out to the daughter. If nicolette was here today I would give her my support and thanks.

I love the way she slowed down "Rhumba Girl " on a music show I saw her on in the late seventies, making it sound really sultry. If she had recorded it that way originally it would have been a hit!
So beautiful and so sad that two beautiful ladies like Dusty and Nicolette left us so early. God bless you. I'll always love you, ladies, and I'll always be a fan, as your songs played a huge part in my life.
