Thank you very much! You help me a lot in my class. I used some of your examples and they worked amazingly. My students understood the center of gravity clearly!

I think she meant to say line of gravity between her feet, not centre of gravity. yeah?

Have you ever researched Taichi? The methods of training in Taichi teach you everything you'd want to grasp about balance and center of gravity.

She's a good teacher! Is it possible if you could do a video regarding base of support for a pregnant lady where there is a scenario when the individual loses stability, please?

Hi Carol. I try to calculate the center of gravity height of the car. I raise up the front of the car to calculate the center of gravity height; and then I do again, this time I raise up the back of the car to calculate the center of gravity height, I raise up same height but I got the different answer of center of gravity height. Do you know why? Should I need to raise up the lighter side of the car to calculate the center of gravity height?

Does everyone see her own posture is 'perched?" This is GREAT, I mean at least, identifying that COG/COM is important. Wait, she's practicing football now.. lol BUT
LOL OMG she just used the word perched. To the teacher: your hips are wide. you have a very easy way to perch for 20-40 years without knowing u were doing something wrong.
