Hey! Why higher loads allow us to squat more upright? It seems easier to hold the weight on the mid of the foot 😇

Love these, distills quite complex concepts quickly. Under the gait model bilateral training when both sides of the body are simultaneously in flexion or extension probably isn't ideal right? Single leg would be better?
Appreciate it! Not that it isn’t ‘ideal’, it’s just that you’d use different patterns for different outcomes. For running athletes and general population, non specific, training goals single leg may be a better option.
