Without a doubt the BEST video to date on Canva's Licensing & Copyright terms! 👏😊 Yes regarding Amazon - it is just bad wording essentially and it would help if it was a bit more in-depth. I'm sure that put people's mind at ease.
Hi Ivy: I had seen another vid on YT that got me bummed out because the creator of it said we couldn't use Canva on KDP. I was SO glad to come across your vid - and so glad you actually did research into the topic. Thank you!
Thank you. I published "The happy flappy child" on amazon after watching your video for "There is no place like home" Watching this video, i did follow the guidelines. Whew. That had me nervous for a minute. Thank you for the clarification!
You nailed it to the point with clarity. As you said none of us can ever own design elements since we dont make them from scratch. What we do is , create a unique desing using these elements for which we pay pro lisence to canva . Basic thing is cut & paste method will put you in trouble. If you are there on cenva to download someone's else work then you will face termination
This was very easy to understand and very helpful because I was worried. I'm very new to this and only have 3 books published so far, and I used some elements from Canva. Thank you for sharing!!
Such a HELPFUL video. I think Canva should hire you as a consultant in this area because this video was so detailed and answered all of my questions. Thank you!
This video has help me a lot and given me a lot of insight. Creating my first coloring book to sell on kdp I was so nervous about the free Canva designs good thing I’m adding layers to the design. Thank you for the help 🙌🏻
Thank you Ivy for guiding us through the copyright jungle! Much appreciated. I like your attitude of just trying it out and not getting stopped by the complicated obstacles. I will try uploading and checking the copyright box using Canva and see what happens! would be cool to have more references from more people that did the same thing here ☺
Thank you Ivy! You actually answered my question that has been bothering me a bit. I just started thinking about it, and here you are with an answer:) 😊🎉
This makes sense. If you want to use content without editing it at all you are basically selling Canva's content. When you add your own touch it is yours.
Excellent video! You explained many questions I had about using Canva for my book cover. In the past I have used the stock images provided on KDP. This time I was unable to find something that suited the content of my book. I went to Canva but was unsure if I could use the photo and font I chose. I have not uploaded the cover yet as I am still working on my book. Hope all goes well when I am ready. Thank you for the informative video!
Good afternoon Ivy, great clarifications. I had these doubts too. Especially because, if there is no way for us to use these figures available on various platforms for free or for a fee in our publishing projects, it would be very difficult to produce books to sell, for example, on Amazon. Thank you for your attention.
This is an excellent video, thank you so much for laying things out so clearly! I’m considering venturing into the KDP world and really appreciate understanding this very important topic, since I was planning to use Canva to design my covers.
Are all these policies still current? If they change will you please make an update? This was the clearest explanation I have seen on this particular subject.
Ivy, you are so clear and concise. You are very good at what you do, and I appreciate you and your channel so much. I wish for you all the success and happiness your heart dreams of. Thank you ☺🙏
I always use canva as Amazon do not print hardcover children books, so I need to do an interior that can be used by both. As for the cover they both have their own templats.
Thank you so much for this video! Your explanations are crystal clear, and I definitely understand the licensing terms for using Canva a lot better. Many thanks
I have followed your tutorials for both a coloring book and a composition notebook. I made 6 different books and uploaded them to Amazon KDP, and was so excited when they got published! But recently, I saw that 2 of the composition books were blocked, and this morning I got an email that my account was terminated for copyright issues. I had multiple elements on all of the designs like you recommended, and all of them were different from each other. I don't understand where I went wrong. Thanks for any input.
I'm so sorry to hear - did all your books including your coloring book and composition books all get blocked? Were you using Canva graphics for this or other source of graphics? Sometimes it could be your book title too, that happens to be the same as someone else or an existing book, and that could trigger copyright issues (not just graphic issues). I would recommend contacting KDP support via their live chat to see if they are able to provide more details on what the issue is. Hope you are able to get it resolved!
Thank you for your kind comment! I don't currently have a video specifically on creating a KDP account, but will add that to my list of videos to create in the future! :)
Thanks Ivy. Are you able to share how you word the copyright details for illustrations using Canva on the Copyright page? Can't seem to find an example online. Eg Illustrations copyright ...
Great video! I have several books I was working on using Canva and shelved them all when the Canva crisis started. I searched for all the latest info hoping there was a loophole or hope of all my work not being for waste but the conclusion was always a no go. I gave it all up thinking maybe one day I could devote energy into illustrating myself but recently your video popped up :) My question still is what about all the accounts that have been canceled without warning due to copywrite issues from people who (claim to have) used Canva appropriately?
Thanks for your kind comment and glad you found this video informative! :) Regarding your question, I think there are many different reasons why people are experiencing blocked books or suspended accounts. In my experience as long as you are leveraging Canva and your creativity to create something truly unique, then the chances of that happening to you should be low. The other suggestion I have is to also check USPTO website to make sure any book title you come up with is not already trademarked by someone else to lower the chances of copyright issues coming up. All the best!
So, in the case I use "Magic Media" (Ki-generated photos in Canva) all these rules apply too (for Amazon KDP?). I was interested in creating content with Canva, still using MidJourney for Amazon KDP to create illustrations.
Yes, I would apply the same logic to Magic Media, although those ones technically are less concerning because it is generating a unique image each time. However, I generally ensure I don't use one image in isolation to ensure there wouldn't be any issues. Hope this helps!
Thank you very much for your in depth topic approach. There might be another scenario, your input would be highly appreciated. You use content (elements from Canva) in an "unique design" and discover that K DP is stating that the one of your image/images "contain content (text and/or images) that’s widely available on the web". That means I have to check every element not to be "used widely on the web, which make the process very difficult because: 1. I don't have the necessary tools to state "reasonably" that is not used widely and 2. given the fact that as you said you receive a license and not the copyright, multiple ppl might use it. That means that in order to be reasonably in compliance with KDP you need to start creating your own illustrations :( or ask for a full copyrights if you outsource. Any thoughts on that? Thank you in advance!
Thank you for your question and while it is a possible scenario I haven’t personally experienced that. I think given the number of canva elements there are available , and if you creatively layer them to make a unique design then it is unlikely that there would be any issues where your design are flagged as being widely available on the internet, but if you are concerned then I think hiring an illustrator may be a good option as well :)
Thanks for this video. I appreciate the clarity you brought to the issue. A few questions; If i then use the free elements uniquely and creatively, from thile understanding you have, it would mean i cannot say i have copyright of my book right? It seemed yes canva responded to was for purchased elements used creatively and uniquely.
Thanks for your comment and glad you found the video helpful. Regarding your question- my interpretation based on reviewing the canva licensing agreements and connecting with KDP is that if you are not using the elements on a standalone basis and your book overall is creatively designed then you can check that box off on kdp.
@@ivyhang5084 hey i just want to say that your video has helped to clear up alot of my misunderstanding but i am still not fully clear on this particular question that was asked as well as your response (you said that box) which box? I used numerous FREE elements from Canva to creatively construct a journal. Based on you understanding which of the options should i select? A. the one that states that I own copyright and i hold the necesarry publishing rights. OR B. this is a public domain work. If posibble i would really appreciate an A or B response
Thank you so much for this really incredibly helpful video which shows you did a lot of research and you know what you’re talking about and now I feel very comfortable with my decisions as to whether to use Canva graphics or not. I get it completely. I do have a question regarding ChatGPT. Does the same apply when you ask for an illustration from ChatGPT and combine it with some things on your page for KDP. Have you done a video on ChatGPT? Whether or not we can check that box? Nancy.
Thank you for your kind comment and glad you found this video helpful! :) For Chat GPT, I also try to layer different images to be safe. You will need to transparently disclose to KDP when uploading the book that you have leveraged AI as well. With all that, it would be safe to check the box. Hope this helps!
Ivy, thank you!!! I’ve used Book Bolt for KDP but prefer Canva. Your video has helped me understand the Canva & KDP verbiage so much better as far as the copyright issues are concerned. I can’t wait to get started using Canva now for my KDP products! 🎉
The free elements, each time you generate it it will already come with a license for you to use it (even if you don't have a paid/ pro account). Where as the pro elements (ones with the crown) you will need a paid/ pro membership or you would need to pay per use in order to have the appropriate license. Hope that helps!
I used Pro Canva to design my book. Don't use images nor templates. Used elements like shapes, editing of third party AI generated illustrations & the text. Sometime said recently their book was flagged for using the Pro text fonts...have you heard of this & any thoughts? 1st time publishing attempt, what happens when they flag or dont approve your book? Do they break down what all needs changed to get approved? I'm so nervous & overwhelmed 😵💫 not even to the KDP publishing part.
When you upload and they block the upload, they will usually tell you the reason (most of the time it is because they think your book title is misleading or your margins are off). There will always be a reason provided, and if not, you can also contact Amazon KDP support directly and they will be able to guide you to resolve the error/ issue so you can publish your book :)
Thank you for your kind comment! :) Regarding your question, you can just click on my name or little circle profile picture and it should take you to my channel where all my videos are. Hope this helps!
I got a little bit lost. When asking the Amazon rep, you said you're leveraging graphic elements purchased online. Does that mean that we need to purchase Canva pro to be on the safe side? I only want to use Canva to design book covers, but I'm using the free version, so I'm confused with the license thing. Thank you!!
Thanks for your question! For Free Canva graphics, you don't need a paid membership and it will still be fine. The key is having the license to use the graphic elements. With free graphic elements, you automatically get a license for it (without having to pay for a pro membership). Hope this helps!
I just found your channel and love all of your videos! No one has explained it so well. Thank you!! My dream of launching content online can finally come true. My question is how to upload the same book you create on different platforms? Like Etsy and KDP? Can you please explain the steps. Also I wish to use a pseudo name, I wonder if that is possible? I hope you see this message.
You are most welcome! It is definitely possible to upload your book to multiple platforms like Etsy and KDP, and also use a pseudonym. I can do a future video covering these steps, just let me know if you would be interested in seeing that :)
What a great video, thanks so much! Definitely it's much more clear now. Btw, would you mind sharing which program you used to create this video, these beautiful slides?
Glad you found this video informative! Thanks for your kind comment :) Regarding your question, I've used a combination of canva and davinci resolve to create my videos.
Hi, i have prepared the book written by my 7 year old daughter based on watching your videos. I went through the copyrights video as well but i am still confused - My daughter has done all the illustrations herself and written it as well. To get the digital version i used paid CHAT GPT to help me generated the entire book and illustrations based on all her original drawings and story narration. Later i used free version of canva just to insert the text and add little square elements for corrections. Will i land into any trouble if i check the box on amazon kdp that you had shown ? hoping for a response as i am just a beginner and have no idea on this.
Thanks for all the information Ivy! I have a question about the images. If I use many small standalone pro canva images, let's say one next to each other or spread over a book page, do I have to edit each small picture as well to be able to use it? Because I do not know if in that case it's okay since all the small standalone pictures are part of a whole in the page. Hope you understand me. Thanks in advance!
Thanks for your comment and for your question! I would say if you are using multiple images on the same page to create a unique page, then you are fine. It is primarily an issue if you just take one image and slap it on the cover of a book/ interior, etc. Basically the more unique you can make your page, the better :)
You should click that you have the rights, or else you won't be able to publish. Canva Free elements are available for use for commercial purposes and it automatically gives you a license, so you are fine :)
I love this video and want to clarify for my understanding. You can create and alter to make your own creation, and publish that. However you don't truly have the copyright because you weren't the original designer of those elements. So are we able to copyright our "new" that we altered and made a new creation?
You would technically have the copyright to the overall book that you publish, but those rights would be subject to the third party rights for the underlying elements you used. Since you have the license to use the underlying elements, you won't run into any issues for using them as long as you modify them for your overall design, however, it also means that you won't have exclusive rights to use those underlying elements and there could potentially be other books that leverage the same graphic elements as you as I have shown in this video. Hope this helps. This is just based on my personal understanding and research, however, if you have more specific questions regarding this, I would recommend engaging a copyright lawyer to be sure :)
So, I've a dream of making my own crochet pattern book - all of the graphics/photos will be mine, and I just wanted to use Canva for the page layout (ex.: I have a colourful square in one corner, the layout automatically sets where the title is, where the writing goes, etc.). Would that be something that would be Ok to do as a self-published book on Amazon? Or would that be something I'd need to ask Cava about? Or, maybe it would be better if I can figure out a layout on my own, which I'm sure I can figure out somehow, using LibreOffice or something.
Since they basically said you CAN use canva if you purchased content, does this mean you HAVE to purchase canva content to click the (I own rights) or will using free content from canva be also counted as (I own rights) ??
If you use free content you don’t need to purchase anything so you are fine :). But if you use pro elements you will either need a subscription or purchased a separate license for the specific element
Hi Ivy, thanks for your video's, they are great! As you are so wonderful at explaining things simply in canva, are you able to please do a video on a double page spread in Canva for a childrens book? (the same artwork across two pages) I've watched a few videos on it, but seems more complicated than your videos! Thanks so much
I don't believe you can trademark the elements unfortunately. There is actually a specific prohibition from Canva on using the elements for purposes of a trademarked logo, for example. Reason is because, let's say if you use a rhino element for your logo, and you add other elements/ texts. Someone else who has canva can still use the same rhino for their logo too. So neither of you would be able to trademark that logo because none of you have exclusive rights to the rhino element which is the main element of that logo. This is just my interpretation based on what I've read, but best to consult a copyright/ trademark lawyer if you need an official response :)
Anyone clear on Magic Media in terms of selecting YES, OWN COPYRIGHT? The terms say Ai must be disclosed, which I think most folks are okay with. The concern is that saying one *owns* the copyright for Magic Media content - my understanding is that we CANNOT select yes IF content is only created via Magic Media, even using our own prompts. Anyone have further info on this specifically? Thanks so much for the AWESOME video and any help. This has been such a crazy topic!
Hi, thanks for a great video. I am a member of a group where the leader says we cannot use Pro elements in our already made KDP products (that are already being sold) if we stop being Canva Pro members. My understanding is different. If I created the design when I was a paid user, I don't need to change it or stop selling it if I stop Canva Pro; I just can't reuse the Pro elements for other designs if I am no longer a paid member. What do you think about this?
That is my understanding as well. Because you would have paid for the license already to use that pro element for that specific project. You just cannot use it for future projects because you no longer have a license for those future projects. So agree with your thought process :) And thanks for your kind feedback on my video!

I hope you can help me! I created a book interior on Canva that has lots of photography pictures. I made each picture a grayscale image in Canva. This book interior is for uploading to Amazon KDP and I didn't want it to be in color. When I tried to download my PDF for Print, I did not have the option to download the file in grayscale mode. My only choices were CMYK and RGB for color. Can you help me with how I can convert this 85 page book interior to grayscale mode so I can upload it to Amazon KDP? (Sorry I posted this in the wrong place.)
Thanks for your question :). You can just save it as either CMYK or RGB and it will be fine. It is when you go to upload your book to kdp where they will ask you whether your interior will be black and white or color. When you get to that step just make sure you select black and white and you’ll be good - hope this helps! :)
Amazing video!!! The only question I do have is do you copyright your children’s books via US Library Of Congress? (I’m not sure where in the world you’re located so whatever copyright engine is applicable to you)
Thank you for your kind comment! I'm located in Canada - for ensuring copyright for your specific book, I would recommend connecting directly with a copyright lawyer in your country of residence for professional advice :)

Thank you. I published "The happy flappy child" on amazon after watching your video for "There is no place like home"
Watching this video, i did follow the guidelines. Whew. That had me nervous for a minute. Thank you for the clarification!
Glad to hear you found this video helpful! And huge congratulations on publishing your story book on Amazon!! :)
This is one of the most helpful videos that I've come across over years of watching UA-cam! Thank you for sharing and keep up the amazing work!
Thank you so much for your kind comment and support! I'm so glad you found it helpful! :)
This was very easy to understand and very helpful because I was worried. I'm very new to this and only have 3 books published so far, and I used some elements from Canva. Thank you for sharing!!
Thank you for your kind comment and I’m so glad you found it helpful! :)
Thanks for addressing this question. It's been a common question in the community.
Thank you for your kind comment! :)
Such a HELPFUL video. I think Canva should hire you as a consultant in this area because this video was so detailed and answered all of my questions. Thank you!
Aww. Thank you for your kind comment! Glad you enjoyed the video and found it helpful :)
This video has help me a lot and given me a lot of insight. Creating my first coloring book to sell on kdp I was so nervous about the free Canva designs good thing I’m adding layers to the design. Thank you for the help 🙌🏻
I'm so glad! Thank you for your kind comment and all the best with your first colouring book! :)
Thank you Ivy for guiding us through the copyright jungle! Much appreciated. I like your attitude of just trying it out and not getting stopped by the complicated obstacles. I will try uploading and checking the copyright box using Canva and see what happens! would be cool to have more references from more people that did the same thing here ☺
Thank you so much for you kind comment - I’m glad that you found this video helpful! Appreciate your support :)
Wow - super informative and crystal clear! And some independent research to boot! Kudos, Ivy!
Glad to hear you found it helpful! :) appreciate your kind words!
Thank you Ivy!
You actually answered my question that has been bothering me a bit. I just started thinking about it, and here you are with an answer:) 😊🎉
Thank you for leaving such a kind comment and I'm very happy to hear that you found the video helpful! :)
Thank you! Thank you! Awesome video Ivy. ♥️ Have a great holiday season!
Glad it was helpful! Thank you for taking the time to leave me such a kind comment :)
Good afternoon Ivy, great clarifications. I had these doubts too. Especially because, if there is no way for us to use these figures available on various platforms for free or for a fee in our publishing projects, it would be very difficult to produce books to sell, for example, on Amazon.
Thank you for your attention.
Thank you for your kind comment and I’m glad you enjoyed this video and found it informative! :)
Thank you for this video! I also appreciate that you straight up asked Amazon, which gives me peace of mind 🙏
Thank you for your comment - I’m glad you found it helpful! 😊
Very clear and concise explanation to an important issue. Thank you, Ivy!
Glad it was helpful! Thank you :)
This is an excellent video, thank you so much for laying things out so clearly! I’m considering venturing into the KDP world and really appreciate understanding this very important topic, since I was planning to use Canva to design my covers.
Glad it was helpful! Thank you for taking the time to drop me a comment - really appreciate your support :)
Are all these policies still current? If they change will you please make an update? This was the clearest explanation I have seen on this particular subject.
Thank you for this video. After asking several people on You tube myself, it was suggested that It would be best use Canva's free graphic elements.
Thanks for your kind comment! Agree free elements should definitely be fine to use :)
This video was very well done. It's clear, concise, and addressed my concerns perfectly. Thank you so much for all your research...much appreciated.
Glad to hear, thank you! :)
Ivy, you are so clear and concise. You are very good at what you do, and I appreciate you and your channel so much. I wish for you all the success and happiness your heart dreams of. Thank you ☺🙏
Thank you so much! Your words made my day - very grateful for your kind support and comment :)
I always use canva as Amazon do not print hardcover children books, so I need to do an interior that can be used by both. As for the cover they both have their own templats.
Very helpful explanation regarding the use of Canva for Amazon KDP book publishing. I suppose I can use Canva without much worry.😊
Thank you so much for this video! Your explanations are crystal clear, and I definitely understand the licensing terms for using Canva a lot better. Many thanks
Glad it was helpful! Thank you for your kind comment :)
You are a blessing thank you for clearing this up I had a lot of anxiety about this and you cleared up a lot of my worries.
So glad you found this helpful :) Thank you for leaving a comment!
This is fantastic information and delivery. Thank you Ivy for doing the research and explaining so clearing and thoroughly!!
Appreciate your very kind comment - I'm so glad you found this video helpful! All the best :)
Thank you so much for this much needed information! It really saved me a lot of time reading through everything. I appreciate it!
I'm so glad you found it helpful! Thank you so much for your kind message :)
I love the clarity and conciseness of your videos on KDP. Question - do you have a video on creating a KDP account?
Thank you for your kind comment! I don't currently have a video specifically on creating a KDP account, but will add that to my list of videos to create in the future! :)
@@ivyhang5084 Thanks! You have me inspired.
The ENTIRE video was so very well-articulated!! Thank you!!
Thank you so much for such a kind comment! Really appreciate it and all the best to you on your KDP journey! :)
@@ivyhang5084 You are so very welcome! Thank you for responding and for the encouragement! 🫶🏻🤗
Thanks Ivy. Are you able to share how you word the copyright details for illustrations using Canva on the Copyright page? Can't seem to find an example online. Eg Illustrations copyright ...
Amazing, and very clear the entire video is well-researched and explained. Thank you I give you a big thumbs up.
Glad it was helpful! Thank you for your kind comment :)
This was a wonderful video that explains all the confusing verbiage and legalities I was overwhelmed by. ❤
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for your kind comment:)
Great explanation! You have a new follower. Looking forward to using more of your content.
I was worrying so much about this. Thank you for this amazing and well informed video. You covered all areas here 👌🏽
So glad you found this helpful! Appreciate you taking the time to leave me this kind comment :)
Thanks for this video. I appreciate the clarity you brought to the issue.
A few questions;
If i then use the free elements uniquely and creatively, from thile understanding you have, it would mean i cannot say i have copyright of my book right? It seemed yes canva responded to was for purchased elements used creatively and uniquely.
Thanks for your comment and glad you found the video helpful. Regarding your question- my interpretation based on reviewing the canva licensing agreements and connecting with KDP is that if you are not using the elements on a standalone basis and your book overall is creatively designed then you can check that box off on kdp.
Thanks for your response.
Thankyou for this video ivy! It was clear info for a people like us ..
Thank you for your kind comment! :)
Awesome video! What other options would there be for design programs which would be ok for kdp?
I want to design some graphs and things like this. Was thinking to do it on canva but now im not sure anymore
You are so welcome! I’m so glad you enjoyed this video and found it helpful :)
2:30 so this means that the elements that have the crowns needs to have a license, while the free elements don't?
The free elements, each time you generate it it will already come with a license for you to use it (even if you don't have a paid/ pro account). Where as the pro elements (ones with the crown) you will need a paid/ pro membership or you would need to pay per use in order to have the appropriate license. Hope that helps!
This was great thank you so much for your very in depth very well formulated explanation!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for your kind comment :)
Man, you're very clear and concise
Thank you for your kind comment! Glad you found it helpful :)
Thank you. This is clear and concise. The video answered all my questions about publishing using Canva.
So glad to hear! Thank you for your kind comment :)
Very well done! Clear, concise and complete.
Thank you for your very kind comment!! :)
Can we publish one planner on both kdp paperback or as a ebook in editable digital planner ( editable PDF )

Great!😊
I got a little bit lost.
Thank you for clearing my doubts I'm going to create my first journal for kdp . I have a question. Can i make pages with lines using canva?
Thank you so much for breaking this down so well. So appreciated!! ❤

Thank you. This was such a great and informative video. You have been very detailed.

Hey. You could reach out to Canva and ask their customer support team ? 👍 They're very responsive and helpful

You are so welcome! Thank you so much for your kind comment and support of my channel :)
3 years ago 😢I uploaded my first book but later on it said copyright issues and it made me demotivated and i left it.
Thanks. As a newbie wanting to create and publish an ebook, this was very insightful.
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for taking the time to leave me a comment :)
This has been very useful, thanks for your time in putting it together

Thank you very much for the video, it's very helpful, but I didn't really understand, is only Canva Pro allowed to use digital books?
You're welcome! Glad you found it helpful. :) You can use either the free or pro version.
This was incredibly helpful and easy to follow. Thank you. SUBSCRIBED
Awesome, thank you so much! :) glad you found it helpful.
So if I just used images that are free in Canva and added it to my ebook, I should click on that I don't have the rights..?
You should click that you have the rights, or else you won't be able to publish. Canva Free elements are available for use for commercial purposes and it automatically gives you a license, so you are fine :)
@@ivyhang5084 thank you
I love this video and want to clarify for my understanding.
Very good information. Thx you for making this clear.
You are welcome! Glad you found it helpful :)
@@ivyhang5084 thank you so much!
This was so helpful and detailed, thank you for all your time!!
I’m so glad you enjoyed the details and found it helpful - appreciate your kind comment and support! :)
Hi Ivy, thanks for your video's, they are great! As you are so wonderful at explaining things simply in canva, are you able to please do a video on a double page spread in Canva for a childrens book? (the same artwork across two pages) I've watched a few videos on it, but seems more complicated than your videos! Thanks so much
Thanks for your very kind words and will definitely add that to my list of potential videos to create! Appreciate the feedback and suggestion :)
Can you put several Canva elements together to make one graphic and trademark the new combine graphic as a whole?
I don't believe you can trademark the elements unfortunately. There is actually a specific prohibition from Canva on using the elements for purposes of a trademarked logo, for example. Reason is because, let's say if you use a rhino element for your logo, and you add other elements/ texts. Someone else who has canva can still use the same rhino for their logo too. So neither of you would be able to trademark that logo because none of you have exclusive rights to the rhino element which is the main element of that logo. This is just my interpretation based on what I've read, but best to consult a copyright/ trademark lawyer if you need an official response :)
Clearest explanation I’ve heard so far 👍👍
Glad it was helpful! Thank you so much for your kind comment :)
Congrats on your video, it explains a lot. Thank you!!!
Mam iam writing a book ! Kids story but if iam typing in MS word(docx) ,what to do for the interior size...does the size makes problem if I upload it as document itself in the manuscript check box ! ? Please reply ....

What about digital downloads, can I sell digital downloads that I use the free content and put a design together ?
