There was a time all this would of been so easy 4 me , Where did my health go ? Its a slow process , then you realise your mind is willing but your body's not ! I would say when you hit 60 get disciplined & work at it or 65-70 It'll just fade away..x❤x

Also, the downward dog, w/ the opposite hand, reach for where the raised foot was. Both would require more strength from the standing arm or leg, but even more so torsional stability and balance ☺️🫣
