Every bike I’ve owned I change the rear diff at 100 miles and the front at 250. It’s always black as tar and full of ‘glitter’ I do oil, and diffs every 400 miles, my oldest Honda is a 99 recon 😂 changing the oil and diffs early usually lets you catch something quicker, quicker you catch it less damage done. I also use valvoline pro, in the fine print on the back it says it’s rated for hypoid diffs and costs like 8 bucks for a quart
Jim Johnson , no I do not . I’m a old farm boy and we just never did . I would recommend it though . If you don’t know your own strength ?? You can badly mess up bolts . It’s only 9ft lbs for those oil plugs on Diffs .
Good video! Glad we've got some time before we have to change ours!
Very nice, im going to do mine soon with Valvoline gear oil, its got the same gl4 and gl5 specification as the honda oil and is $10 for 32 oz.

Nice video. Do you use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts?

You forgot to mention you should get the oil warm before draining makes it drain faster
Great job! Have a great day!
I need to know the size & pitch of the drain plug for the front diff.
Go to dealer or google . I have no idea . I’d have to look up also
I’ve been searching the internet. I haven’t found it yet. I have a 2022 TRX520FE2

Good one!
Nice video. New friend here. Stay connected #TeenyTots.
Pretty sure my manual says every 2 years. 2020 Foreman 4x4
It is which ever comes first 😂
@@ArizonaKid Yeah sorry I looked back. Went ahead and changed mine with 410 miles. It was dark brown. Think I'm going to do it every 300 or 350 miles
No different from my 2015 500foreman, everytime I change the oil in the front I turn the bike on its side for an easy fill 👍
Yep , I don’t think Honda has changed much in decades . Thanks for watching
