Great video just about a honda foreman 520trx almost time to do the first service. Quick question I had a polaris 570 belt driven my honda is brand new and the engine almost has a tick or something like it needs a valve adjustment but it only has 30km rode on it. Is that normal for these machines?

Or once a year. Mineral oil deteriorates after being run and changes its chemical complexion. If you pull the dip stick and it smell similar to fuel before 1000km it’s time for a change

No, in most cases, the spark plug will last the life of the machine can be changed once or twice depending on conditions

does it matter where you refill the oil? Ive seen some refill though the dip stick.

If you watch the video you can see I fill the oil on the right side of the motor and the dipstick is on the left side of the motor👍

The dipstick hole is pretty darn small it would take a long time to get the oil in that hole
