Yo them plates you put in that airbox it’s best to find sum neoprene washers and use locktite on that bolt becouse I’ve seen them come loose . Or put sealer on that bolt an does the same thing to hold that nut from coming loose . Had it happen few times an that’s the fix for people that don’t check on that bolt and good call on the 90 on top of the snorkel pipe to keep water out . Lol seen people run without and wonder how water or mud gets inside . Also I’ve put a vent cap with holes to prevent mud or rocks getting in there sumhow just need to make sure it’s got enough holes to breathe threw
I want everyone to notice how there is no powerstearing unit on this bike that they are demonstrating on if you get this kit be ready to relocate the unit all the way to the left hand side of the bike and even so it will still rub and smash aginst the unit also flex pipe rubs on the engine so you will need to zip tie it to make it a bit higher to get it off the block
can you guys make a video on what to dielectric grease?
I just ordered one of yalls radiator relocate kits with the center snorkel bracket. Should be in tomorrow. Ready to see how it turns out.

How long is the pipe that goes into the air box?
about 2.5"
I’ve done the baffle delete as it was leaking some no snorkel yet. As for the airbox drain do you just the stock cap and clamp ? Or is it safe as is ?
Also unrelated question to the video about wheel setups. Would 28x10x12 zillas all the way around fit alright on a stock setup?
Stock clamp and plug yes, and yes that setup would be fine

Thanks for pointing that out. We will do an install on a power steering unit soon.
Do I need the center snorkel bracket
Yes
