I tried following along but I'm afraid the whole thing feels way to rushed :/ Can't even feel any of the poses before you move on sadly, although I guess it's just for me to extend them, I just feel it's a shame that I can't enjoy the company ^^
I agree, the pace is a little fast. You can always adjust the video speed to 0.75 in the settings which might make it more in tune with the pace you're looking for.
Well, my advice would be to memorize the sequence, so we can apply them at our own pace, on our own rhythm. If we put the sequence back to mind, we don't have to bother looking at the screen while struggling on a knotting pose.

That was actually a really good idea :) I just did the whole thing like 3 times then I felt ok with the intensity xD
