Adriene. You probably won't see this but I had to tell you. In February of this year, I began going through all your UA-cam videos, from beginning to end, having never done yoga before. Over time, it has become a life-changing experience for me, helping me recover from deep depression and suffering. Around the same time, I began climbing regularly as well. It has become my other lifeline during this difficult time in my life. Today, I reached the end of your videos and this happened to be the final one. I can't help but enjoy the serendipity of this part of my journey ending with you bringing together the two things that saved me: yoga and climbing. Isn't that perfect? I am so grateful for the work you have done helping my body, mind, and spirit for so many months. I plan to continue this path and will always cherish your role in getting me here.
I'm so uplifted reading this. I'm in recovery from addiction and have suffered severe depression and anxiety in early recovery. I recently took up bouldering and it is immense, so much fun. I have a friend who is currently recovering from depression and he is climbing too and loving it and finding it really beneficial. I have only this year been fit enough to take up climbing which is thanks to Yoga. It's not about reaching the top, it's all about enjoying the climb. I wish you well.
Whenever I get a complaint from anyone, my reply is Yoga with Adrienne has a video for that. and I'm probably 90% correct. Thank you for all your content. I always come here when I feel low or out of sorts and I am shifted to a better understanding or just plain better. Namaste
Have still been struggling with rains outside, a newborn baby's schedule and work! Yoga and writing have taken a hit yet here I am today after missing it for three days. Thank you Adriene! Grattitude, Namaste
i tried to find some other yoga youtubers but none draws me into their practices like you adrienne there is just something about your voice, personality and the way you move through your practices that encapsulates me 💖 you make the whole experience so enjoyable i don't think i could ever part with your videos
This is our first vacation since I started Yoga with Adriene back in May 2020...so it was fun to think that I am one of the "people across the world"..this time in Jamaica! Such a pleasure to spend each day with you and everyone across the world today. Blessings, love and peace to you all. 💕
Shift Day 27: Feels like this whole year has been a never-ending uphill climb. This practice made me appreciate the moment, though. I hope it's a great view from the top.
Blessed Beloved Beauties! I do recall this practice from 2 months ago. Today I substituted Play Day - 21 for Yoga for Flexibility. I am pleased I honored my body. It was gentle with an internal and external stretch of freshness. Best wishes everyone! Namaste and Ase 🦋♥️🦋
Day 27 of Shift, I did this practice for all the many runners 🏃♀️ 🏃🏽♂️🏃♀️🏃🏽♂️🏃♀️🏃🏽♂️🏃♀️🏃🏽♂️ in my family. This senior yogi is not a runner but it was a great sequence for strength building and amazingly my balance was good today ! See you tomorrow on the mat Adriene 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💞
This is the best "yoga for climbers" I've ever stumbled across. I like the way it's holistic and all-body. I've been doing this about a month and my fingers feel so much better and I feel like a stronger climber. The practice gets better every time I do it. Thank you, Adriene!
Thank you all for practicing with me. And thank you Adrienne for making awesome videos. I look forward to my muscles getting a little less sore next time I go rock climbing.
I was going to skip yoga for today because I wanted to get straight to breakfast, but then I realized that my body will not function the best when it is stiff, and knew Adriene will always solve the problem. So glad I did this practice - it is one of the best! Stretching and soothing in the most unexpected, unique way. I am grateful for this long-lasting community .XOXO
this was so much fun, i can't believe this video is 30 mins long!!!! such a good stretch for your body after a steep hike or even a run. thanks adriene!! my fave july 2021 vid so far :)
Started doing yoga with you every morning a little over a month ago, and my life has completely changed. My self esteem has done a complete 180, I feel stronger and more in control, and I find myself genuinely excited to show up on the mat every morning. Thank you!
Hi buddies! Today's practice was amazing, but I hurt my little toe yesterday and I was just feeling the pain (my toe's literally purple). Anyway, I felt really great 'cause this month's practices are making my core stronger, thanks Adriene. See you tomorrow on the mat! ❤
This is so corny but I really feel like I’m not only gaining physical strength through your teachings but emotional and mental strength as well. If you start a cult I am in your service 100% and you can have all of my money. I will even shave my head, I love you that much. 😂❤️
Once again, I feel compelled to comment. What I LOVE about your practice is that every day is an opportunity to turn up and learn. With your guidance, I felt things today that I would usually miss, ignore or forget. I loved this session very much and, just in time, feel energised to continue the journey with you and your wonderful community. Not for the first time, and also not for the last... Thank you, Adriene 🙏🏻❤️
🧗♂️Process Day 25🏔 Did this practice today with my sister after a VERYYYYY LONGGG day of being out and about on the road (which we haven’t done since last month because where I live we’re back in a semi-lockdown) and it’s just what we needed! We even took an extended shavasana and almost fell asleep because we were so tired from today’s hustling and bustling! Sending love and light as always❤️💫 Namaste🙏
I started climbing about a year ago and neglected my yoga practice (maybe did 1-3 flows a week at that time). This video showed me how tense my shoulders became, especially in the forward fold positions with locked hands behind the back. I remember that this used to be easy, without any pain to it, but today showed me a different side. Will be coming back to this practice because after this 30 minute video I already feel more open and less tight in my chest and shoulder area. Thank you so much Adriene!
One happy wannabe-climber here!😁💪🏻 Shift month has been perspective-shifting since at least I've had the most new YWA practices in a long time. Rather than sticking to the Yoga for runners I've explored and loved for example Yoga for climbers and Yoga for surfers though I'm not a climber and definitely not a surfer. I'm not surprised but just happy for being nudged to try new videos. Thank you Adriene🥰
I just found this video thanks to your monthly calendar. I was very pleased because I had just gone rock climbing yesterday and this practice felt relevant and delicious!! Thanks Adriene!!
I noticed I have a tenddency to be a lil bit sceptical when I see videos such as "yoga for climbers/nurses...". I guess it's the fear of stepping out of my comfort zone and trying something else. Well, this morning I was feeling like "you know what? I'm gonna do it!",and hell yes, it was absolutely amazing! I'm definitely going to come back to this practice in the future, it's one of mi faves! Thanks Adriene! A big hug
About once or twice a month, a yoga practice really resonates all over, and this was one of those practices. I almost didn't come to the mat today, but I am so glad I did. I'm just posting this now to express my gratitude, and also to remind myself that this is one facet of my day that should not be neglected.
I just finished Dedication 30 days and found this wounderful practice in february playlist.Creative and challenging, just what I need.Thank you!Take care and enjoy fellow yogies around the world.Namaste!
*immediately adds to "Favorite Yoga Flows" playlist. Had a ROUGH night's sleep, low energy, tired, lethargic and thought to myself: "how am I going to practice right now? Oh no, today's session is 30 minutes long??!!" Lol! But I got in my comfy romper, plopped down on the mat, pressed play and now that I am done I feel energy coursing through me! It's amazing how much of what we can do is mindset and will. We are capable of so much more than we know/believe--I feel myself literally getting stronger every day. Girl, you are magic!!! Day 27 #SHIFT YWA July 2020 💓🙏🏾
I had some epiphanies while practicing today: -Yoga doesn't have to be long, arduous, hard, challenging. Practicing yoga can be as simple as doing a forward fold, or taking a mindful moment with your breath and/or with your body. -The more I practice yoga on the mat, the more I practice off the mat, and the more I see results in my mind, breath, mindset, and body in my everyday activities. -Sometimes following through an entire yoga practice will be difficult, but that isn't a setback. Yoga is a journey, and you never really reach a certain destination. There is always room for more growth, more peace, more flexibility, more inner calm, more balance. But that is one of the things that make yoga so beautiful. -Adriene is truly one of a kind, and I am so, so grateful that I have found her, and embarked upon this beautiful yoga journey with her, daily for the past 9 months. I'm beyond grateful and happy that I GET to practice with Adriene & Benji & the whole YWA community
This felt good in a different kind of way and I really got to notice the difference between my right and left sides, also the importance of seeing the body in its entirety.
I was looking for: Yoga with Adriene mountain climbers, and although there were no actual "mountain climbers" in this practice (except for the knee to third eye, moment). I'm glad I found it and did it for the first time!
Play day 21. October 2022. It has been a very stressful week. But today I managed the balancing on both sides. Shoulder complained a bit, but raised my leg in half moon. So nice to have this time for myself. Spark day 23. July 2022. Today it never stopped raining and I got soaked twice. This was like a warm towel. Lovely stretch, and I needed those balances.
Used to climb in back in the days... love the whole mindful / stillness of it like YOga! so thanks for this as I go down memory lane. Lovely and new poses which I enjoy! Namaste to all practising and being part of PROCESS. Wow, past 1/2 2021 .... And looking fwd to August! May you be well, safe and be at ease! :)
I just stopped by for climber mobility, but holy moly yoga is so hard wtf. Props to you guys! I don't think most people realize how hard this is. I only made it 20mins in this time, but I'll get it next time! Or maybe I'll start with a beginner lesson lol.
I am not a climber but enjoyed this so much. I was scared to start since balance was mentioned but today I did manage to stay on one leg for quite a while. Onwards and upwards
This was so fun and amazing! I'm so glad Benji has decided to honour us with his presence in more YwA videos these past few months - he can probably feel the love beyond the lens!
Thank you Adriene! You posted this 3 years ago and I hope you have pursued climbing! climbing can be continued until a very mature age, just like yoga and the 2 go well together. Thank you thank you!
Thank you for changing my life, I have followed you about 4 months and I am me again. I can’t express how grateful I’m am for your channel . You are amazing !!!
Wow. This is the session that keeps on giving. I felt it while I did it, and a half hour later while sitting at my desk - and again afterwards when I got up - I felt some of the muscles that I'd worked shake. I like that residual effect.
I practiced yoga for climbers on Tuesday which helped with balance and also flexibility in my hips. I could feel the good stretch in my hips. I am not a climber but need the practice for balance and flexibility. I am doing climbers again today to continue the balance practice and great stretch for my hips. I found what feels good!! 💕 YWA!!
I'm a figure skater and this was a bomb video for skaters as well! The balances also reminded me a lot of my ballet classes. This is deff a video I'm going to be doing again and again!
Missed this as was climbing Striding Edge, Helvellyn in UK. Biggest challenge as a non climber with fear of heights. Emotionally drained after it. Kindness of people around got me up. Just kept thinking breathe! This was perfect stretch practice and reconnect to inner calm. Thanks Adriene and to all those climbers that stopped to help me 🙏
Not a climber but that was exactly what I needed today! It's so hot in the Middle East where I live now and I practice every morning on my balcony (in the shade!) with a fan blowing on me. Lately it's been the epitome of hot yoga but I love it! Thank you Adriene
Thank you for all your videos. My passion is rock climbing and I have been trying to find ways to continue to progress with climbing strength and flexibility. Recent negative events spurred me to take action to add something positive in my life, and your videos have been just that. Working through your 30 days of yoga, and already the positive effects are being felt. Thank you Adriene
Just went trick climbing and found out that my flexibility and balance was garbage. I found this and after a few days, I'm already seeing progress. Great stuff.
I've been following your page for a year now and you have changed my life! I train horses for a living, and yoga has helped me and my students improve our riding so immensely! I would LOVE it if you would make a yoga for equestrians video!! You rock!! Thank you so much ❤
Ending Jul with this as I missed it ;P Lovely flow as it Spark firm reminder to self - stick w it, drop onto mat and let it unfold M thankful grateful and mindful as it's also my bday (after spending time w sis n niece - gals day) Namaste to all practising and May we find flex balance and climb upwards to what spark joy
Last week I got back to work after months of being in quarantine and being back on the desk was really difficult. Thank you so much for this practice (and your calendar) for helping me get back on track in the best way possible. ❤️
You're so kind to like every comment I write you, so I'm sure you know what I'm about to say -- you're such a spirit guide. Namaste. Also, your nails look amazing!
This is my first time practicing with you Adrienne, and I absolutely loved it. It's a really lovely flow to do after my morning climb, thank you so much 💖
Hi Zuri, wishing you a great Friday as well :) Any autumn weather yet in your part of the States? We've had it quite warm here in Italy (considering the season). I like Yoga for Flexibility a lot as well :)
@@Ginatus Blessed Giantus! Yes, we have had a few chilly day here in the states, although most of the chill is early in the morning or late at night. It's still warm for most of the day. Has Italy cooled off at all? Yes, yoga for flexibility is great. 😉
„BREAK FREE THE CHAINS!!!“🙌🏻🗣 Wow! Super, super awesome session! 😃 Feeling extra prepared to push further in this new week ahead. 💪🏻💥❤️🔥 Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. ☺️💖 Namaste. 🙏🏻
I wasn’t looking forward to this practice. Balance is a real challenge. I loved Adriene’s approach and the choice of poses. It was actually a lot of fun.
Blessed Beloved Beauties! Spark Day - 23 is a dope practice. I really adore this session. The blood is circulating throughout my body. There is a major shift of energy. I feel amazing. I appreciate the balancing postures. As a matter-of-fact I feel balanced. Now, I made it to the mat after 11:00 PM, yet nevertheless I made it. I only had time for a run 🏃🏿♀️ this morning before my mother/daughter date with my Mom today. We enjoyed a women's festival. Namaste and Ase! 🦋❤❤🦋
I never did yoga before discovering your videos about 9 months ago and now i love it!!! try to practice 6 times a week. I can already feel the changes in my body and in my mind, thank you so much for introducing me to the world of yoga.
I love this practice! This is hands down my favorite YWA video for getting getting me out of my head or a bad mental space and into my body. Thank you, Adriene! And Benji!
i get these waves of love towards the community when i practise, it's a golden gift i receive and send :) it's like a physical feeling, that yoga produced love
been away from climbing for QUITE a while and found what used to be super easy for me, left me sore and tight. this was great for the tightness that was left in my upper back/shoulders. thank you!
I just wanted to say how much joy this practice brought me this morning!! I felt so accomplished when I was done that there were tears in my eyes! Thank you Adriene, namaste from New York. xoxo
This video gave me everything I needed. Stability, balance, variety of movements stretching all the parts of my body... Left me feeling satisfied and powerful. Namaste Adriene🌞

It is so perfect, Lyle! xo
Lyle Gonzalez happy to hear you made positive change :)
She has a membership which has more videos!

I do the same!!
Have still been struggling with rains outside, a newborn baby's schedule and work! Yoga and writing have taken a hit yet here I am today after missing it for three days. Thank you Adriene! Grattitude, Namaste

coffeenatednix that is truly how I feel as well. I just want to give her a big hug. She’s so down to earth.
I agree to this too! I always turn back to her practices.
Totally agree! 💖
I'm not a climber at all but me and my body loooooooved this!!!
i don't climb...but hey, it's yoga with adriene...lets do it!

Loved this grounding practice after a broken night's sleep. Namaste, Adriene, Benji and fellow yogis xx
I loved this one today :) As a non-climber, I still really benefitted, so if you're not sure, give it a go! Namaste
I laughed out loud when Adriene started petting Benji and whispering "My precioussssss"
Mediate breathe roll on the floor when she comments and chuckles. Rolla coaster. Break free the chains.
Process day 26! Another wonderful practice which gave me energy and strenght since I'd been a bit sluggish today!
this was so much fun, i can't believe this video is 30 mins long!!!! such a good stretch for your body after a steep hike or even a run. thanks adriene!! my fave july 2021 vid so far :)
Started doing yoga with you every morning a little over a month ago, and my life has completely changed. My self esteem has done a complete 180, I feel stronger and more in control, and I find myself genuinely excited to show up on the mat every morning. Thank you!
I feel so much better in my body too, it is wonderful
Love it. I needed to work on balance and flexibility and this video I will be coming back to once a week. Namaste
I have been doing Yoga now for almost 100 consecutive days and it has been life changing. Thanks Adriene!
Beautiful practice. Find flexibility throughout your day
Cripes!
It's not corny at all, it's honest and vulnerable. You have my utmost respect. Also say no to cults.
Not climbing today, but this felt good before work.
Process day 26. 295 days in a row.
Brilliant balance, flexibility and strength practice. Just what I need to start another week. Thank you x
Spark Day 23🙏
Start then stop
Dip in the lake b4 finishing
Life is good despite the many challenges 🙏
Much gratitude for YWA 💛
Once again, I feel compelled to comment.
What I LOVE about your practice is that every day is an opportunity to turn up and learn. With your guidance, I felt things today that I would usually miss, ignore or forget. Did this practice today with my sister after a VERYYYYY LONGGG day of being out and about on the road (which we haven’t done since last month because where I live we’re back in a semi-lockdown) and it’s just what we needed! We even took an extended shavasana and almost fell asleep because we were so tired from today’s hustling and bustling! Sending love and light as always❤️💫 Namaste🙏
I am happy to return to my yoga rutine, after 2 months, a big hug Adriene❤
❤️❤️
It was a well time spent. I found it suitable for my physical and emotional condition right now.
I was bit apprehensive about the length of this session at start but after starting I flowed through the session with ease. 🙏🕉️🌺💗

I just found this video thanks to your monthly calendar. I was very pleased because I had just gone rock climbing yesterday and this practice felt relevant and delicious!! Thanks Adriene!!
I climbed three hours yesterday and this was just the easy breezy restorative practice I needed today - as always, thank you thank you!
Wonderful nuanced stretching. A great session for this non-climber who is afraid of heights!
I noticed I have a tenddency to be a lil bit sceptical when I see videos such as "yoga for climbers/nurses...". I guess it's the fear of stepping out of my comfort zone and trying something else. This felt good in a different kind of way and I really got to notice the difference between my right and left sides, also the importance of seeing the body in its entirety.
Me too Amy! Right leg lifted up fine, but left leg... no! Focusing on my core on the outward breath really helped with my balance though.
Definitely not a climber but I immensely enjoyed this practice!
as a diehard climber myself, I absolutely loved this flow! you should do a "yoga for skiers" episode as well!
I was looking for: Yoga with Adriene mountain climbers, and although there were no actual "mountain climbers" in this practice (except for the knee to third eye, moment). I'm glad I found it and did it for the first time!
Starting easily and becoming more challenging on the way! Got me sweating slightly in the end AND made me feel happy about getting on my mat!

Such a great practice with a nice variation of poses! And of course Benji is Benji 😍
Man, this one was a lot of fun!
I'm not a climber but I can always use more balance work. Nice practice! Thanks Adriene.
You rock!! Thank you so much ❤
Ending Jul with this as I missed it ;P
Lovely flow as it Spark firm reminder to self - stick w it, drop onto mat and let it unfold
M thankful grateful and mindful as it's also my bday (after spending time w sis n niece - gals day)
Namaste to all practising and May we find flex balance and climb upwards to what spark joy
My toes had a Vulcan death grip on my mat today with some of those balance poses. Have a great day, Adriene!
Thank you, Adriene ! I have found such friendship in both climbing and yoga ... what a wonderful collision of two communities !!

Play day 21, Oct. 2022. Thank you Adriene and Benji! 💗🐶
This is my first time practicing with you Adrienne, and I absolutely loved it. It's a really lovely flow to do after my morning climb, thank you so much 💖
That was fun :) And not as intense as I thought it would be, even though I definitely worked some parts of my body that I usually don't.
Happy Friday Ginatus! I submitted this practice for Yoga for Flexibly, however I recall this session 2 months ago. It was nice. 😉
„BREAK FREE THE CHAINS!!!“🙌🏻🗣
Wow! Super, super awesome session! 😃 Feeling extra prepared to push further in this new week ahead.
💪🏻💥❤️🔥
Thank you. Thank you.
Wow, what a practice. Made me think off this quote by poet Najwa Zebian: These mountains that you are carrying, you were only supposed to climb.
Angelique Vanhee nice
Thank you so much for this video! I have just started climbing, and I have been finding an accessible yoga practice.
Wowww that felt AWESOME! Woke up with Day 2 climbing ache and that has set my body right and ready for more x
been away from climbing for QUITE a while and found what used to be super easy for me, left me sore and tight. this was great for the tightness that was left in my upper back/shoulders. thank you!
Climbing and becoming strong! 💓
This is perfect! Especially since climbing isn't possible atm, thank you Adriene. Love your channel!
I think the name of this practice deters folks. I'm glad it was on the July calendar. I would have missed this one.
I really appreciated the reminder to engage the core before coming out of a pose. Please keep reminding me!
Oh all the love I sent to my lower back today. The pain is sometimes unbearable but still yoga with Adriene helps me a ton. Thank you ❤
Namaste🙏💗💫
