Great exercises! Might be incorporating these into my training. Not sure who is doing the muscle labelling for what muscles are active during an exercise, but the glutes are not used during leg raises etc. As a physiotherapy student i couldn't help but notice
If I keep my feet off the floor at the end of the eccentric phase of a floor based leg raise it helps a lot .. to keep my lower back in contact with the ground .. If I squeeze my glutes. So, good form during engaged (don't let feet touch ground) leg raises includes engaged glutes late in the eccentric and early in the concentric phase.
