    i’m a newbie to climbing and i did this after my third climbing session because i was feeling super stiff and damn, it really helped. i even started doing it on days where i don’t train at all bc it just feels really good:) thank you so much

    I do not consider myself to be very mobile or flexible and this was a very enjoyable/easy to follow routine! Plus your routine didn't require a lot of knee bending, which was very pleasant since my knee does not allow a full bending of the leg anymore :)

    Thanks a lot for sharing this routine. I personally find it really challenging as my wrists aren't that stretchy. Any advice how to improve it?

      When I have wrist injuries I find doing on my fists using a small piece of closed cell foam or folded microfiber cloth to take the pressure off the knuckles

    I found myself getting really pumped in the arms whilst putting my body weight on it almost like it feels during a plank. Any help for this 😊
