Yes. I’m super interested in this sort of how to activate muscles. I’ve been practicing yoga for many years and I still cannot do the jump through or even a jump up from plank to being top of mat :(
At the moment all my trainings are online which I find to be more effective than in person in terms of supporting teacher development and transmitting knowledge. So on this level it’s hard to go back to in person. However in the future I may do some kind of hybrid experience

I can only do chaturadanga with my knees. I just don't have strength to do it on my toes. Is it OK to just use knees? Thanks
Yes of course, even I do chaturanga on knees much of the time
