    Thank you Doctor Davis for being transparent about these issues. I've been on a statin for 10 years and 2 years ago after reporting to my Dr my slight lightheadedness after heightened exercise I was immediately assigned a cardiologist, a CT scan, told I have heart disease and was given a heart catheterization 😢. Minimal blockage was found but 40 mg of atorvastatin was increased to 80 mg😮. I decided to take control and am breaking tabs in half to ween myself off this drug. Thank you

    What about psyllium fiber?

    • @stevenmiller7747
      @stevenmiller7747 4 роки тому +4

      It’s a prebiotic fiber. As long as you use many different kinds of prebiotics it should be fine.

    How did the Inuit get fibre.? What did the Maasai eat for fibre?

    • @ursulaeissner9945

      John Leonard , I don’t know about the Massai , but the Inuit were carnivores and totally healthy before the crappy modern diet screwed it all up . I think fibre is overrated .

      The Inuit ate plants. Women and children spent hours during the summer months gathering edible leaves, roots and berries. According to A. Hoygaard, they also ate Seaweed. According to Dr. Weston A Price's study of the Maasai, they ate grains, fruits, and vegetables.

      Plenty of healthy people , with health comparable to the Maasai and Inuit, ate a lot of plants (sometimes a diet of mostly plants). They aren't the only example of exemplary health in humanity. There are other approaches that worked well and continue to work for many people.

    Are you saying when i make my form of yogurt by your formular using PUre organic inulin ,that i should change it after how long ???? !!! and use what other type????

    • @lxc3909
      @lxc3909 22 години тому

      No, the prebiotic (inulin) is there to be consumed by the L. reuteri microbes during the long fermentation, to develop therapeutic doses of L. reuteri in tbe final "yogurt" product.

    What exactly happens to different fibers? And to what extent? So much bla-bla! Will all fibers get utilized? How it is measured that a fiber is healthy? How healthy? For what healthy? We need clinical trials!! Or what does think MD Paul Mason?
