I have noticed remarkable improvement since I've been using it. I have a rescue kitten that I found starving a couple of months ago. She's healthy now but when she yawned her breath would knock you down. Her teeth, even though she was young were yellow as well. I started giving her about a teaspoon of this yogurt when I had mine each morning. I would say it's been about three weeks and she no longer has bad breath and her teeth are whiter. I'm not exaggerating either. Seeing the profound difference it has made on her makes me realize that stuff is really amazing.

Okay a few of a need some help. I am not feeling any of the good results ..Do we heat the half & half milk or the whole fat milk up to a particular temp before using it and then cool it down to 100..for sure before mixing….yet he says nothing in his recipes or talks about NOT using raw milk and I do believe one time I heard him say NO raw milk. So that point is clear. Yet if the pasteurize is only cooked originally around 165 then I believe we need to heat it. I also bought the cultures from Cutting Edge Cultures like he recommended in one video, yet they are not the same strain, so what is that about? Is that why I am not feeling in different? Actually I am feeling worst. Using normal pasteurize half & half and using Cutting Edge culture of L. Reuteri, I am not seeing in change. I use the new Luvele and it turns out thick and creamy, yet I really believe I feel worst. I do have the setting on 100 degrees for 36 hours. Turns out great. Do I buy ONLY the brand he talks about in the videos and book? And do I heat my milk? And do I only eat a small amount a couple times a day? Thank you ✝️❤️🐕

I’ve been making this yogurt for several months and can say I’ll never stop. I make coconut cream yogurt from canned Asian brands. Refrigerate the cans first and then scoop out the cream that rises to the top. Heat the cream to about 100 degrees. 3 fourteen ounce cans make 4 cups of yogurt roughly. Add 1/2 cup of starter from previous batches or do the 10 pills of gastrus. I’ve added 1 capsule of l.gasseri with good effect. Two tablespoons of inulin powder seems to be most reliable so far. After the yogurt is done, (36 hours) shake the jars (I make 4 one cup jars at a time) and refrigerate. No more separation problems. Coconut yogurt is much more sour than dairy yogurt. Not sure why.

I brought a cheapy yoghurt maker that is probably a knockoff, setting 7, you can manually set time and temperature. I place a small lid at the bottom, then the yogurt jar sits on top of it. Set the temperature slightly higher. Here in NZ the correct temperature is 38 degrees Celsius, so I set it at 39 degrees. Already have the yogurt maker up to temperature and then add 1 extra hour to warm the mixture up to temperature.
Thick like sourcream. I use it like sourcream 😋.

My reuteri yoghurt is often very liquid, not nicely set, especially when making the first batch from crushed tablets, or when making it with whole milk (no added cream). Fortunately our yoghurt maker came wth a fine mesh device for making thick Greek style yoghurt. This separates the runny reuteri yoghurt into a thick fraction and a translucent liquid that is pleasant to drink, and which presumably also contains heaps of reuteri bacteria.

I drained off the whey and put it in a jar in the fridge. The curds were delicious and tasted like cottage cheese. My lower left side is tender to the touch. Can anyone comment on this reaction??
