I just finished a baby blanket for my daughter using the shell stitch you taught me so it’s very fitting that now I’ll learn the crowned shell stitch. I’ll make my daughter in law a baby blanket using that stitch. She’s due in a couple weeks so I’ll have to get right on it! Thank you for another great video ❤

I like stitch patterns like this one that are easy to remember and to know where to put the stitches in each row. A really beginner friendly stitch that's pretty enough to satisfy all skill levels.

I made a beautiful baby blanket using this stitch and a four-weight yarn. I used a 6.5mm hook and the yarn was long stripes of mint, coral, light yellow, and a darker sage. This blanket was made for a miracle baby as the parents tried to have a child for years. Thank you for this easy stitch that looks great!

I have used so many of your stitches, I am fairly new to crocheting. I knew SC, DC, HDC and TC but that was it. And I was a little wonky on the triple. Kept missing stitches at the beginning and ending.
I have made so many beautiful blankets, scarves, placemats etc. From your videos. I thank you. Your a good teacher and really show what you're doing. Sometimes I have to come back to a video to relearn some stitches so I appreciate you keeping them all up.

This is a nice rhythm for crocheting currently. I miss it when can't get the rhythm for crochet meditations. Sometimes the pattern or the stitch is too asymmetrical to the other. Been some really fab blankets show up for your auction. Many blessings ya'll.

@@annetteolson2428I think I would chain 80 based on the mutipals. I would likely use a J hook. That is typically about 36 inches wide and I do about 80 inches long. This, is a rough estimate. Sure us a pretty stitch. I love shell stitches for shawls. I hope that helps😊
@@marion4351 Our group usually makes shawls 18" to 20" wide, and at least 60" long.
@annetteolson2428 All groups are different. We don't have regulations so there is something for everyone.
