Nicole - I love the way you’re so body positive and gentle. Too many workout videos have toxic talk tracks that I used to do them on silent, but I know with your videos it’ll be as good for my mental health as my physical health! You never talk about calories or building your “dream/summer body”. It’s all so nurturing and gentle and I’m so grateful! ❤❤
I really thought I was playing it safe when I chose a 20 min workout, but it sure packed a punch! Still sweating! Thanks for continuing to create achievable combinations but challenging enough classes that we feel accomplished by the end. Xoxo

this workout was quite the challenge and felt like it lasted an hour because I kept taking breaks to wipe my mat from sweat, and I’ve been doing mat pilates for about 8 months now 😂 loved it though! got my act together and finished it, felt incredible! thank you ❤
I may have said some not nice things when she said “can you bend a little deeper into your legs” no, Nicole, I can’t 😅 I feel really good now though!! This was a tough one, but as always so thankful for these workouts! They truly make my day ☀🌻

Last year was a bad year for me. I gained 16 pounds back of what I lost and became VERY unfit (in m ore ways than one). I just did this and holy crap it was hard but I will continue doing this until I have more strength. Thank you nicole.

Standing up at 6:30 you wouldn’t think a Hit workout would be the smartest way to start the day. Nothing is less true. After doing this class I feel completely energized and ready for the day to come! Thank you again Nicole ❤️

I saw HIIT in the title, but then that is low impact and I was curious whether this workout would challenge me enough, because it is also 20 minutes and I usually like 30-45 minute workouts. This was a very nice surprise. Halfway I already felt my muscles being a bit sore and my body feeling the heat from those intense exercises. It was a really nice and effective workout. Very good for those days when you don't have much time to workout, but still want to challenge your body. It is incredible how taking very small breaks between exercises and doing small movements that give your muscles tension can actually make you feel tired in such a short time, in a good way. Really nice workout, Nicole. Thanks to you, I discovered that pilates is much more than it seems and between my usual strength workouts, I now like to incorporate pilates in my training routine.
After trying every Pilates platform on the market I am happy to say your videos are by far the best!
Really had me sweating and was the perfect length. I like shorter videos because I prioritize consistency day to day over working out for long periods of time. I’m ADHD and lose focus and interest when working out for too long. I always Love your content, Nicole!! Keep it up🤍

Great workout. Definitely challenging... but if it were easy, it wouldn't be beneficial. Paired this with your other recommended targeted workout video for the day, some quick cardio, and some shadow boxing... totally feel accomplished. You're amazing!

I'm used to practice your workout and I like it. This week is special because I am positive for COVID. Anyway, I chose this 20' Pilates Hit. It was more difficult for breathe, but I'm happy because I did it, and now I will take a little rest. Thank you Nicole. Moving is good also for the head !

I haven't participating in class for awhile and this was exactly what I needed to get back into it! I loved this workout!
A great work out to tack on to the end of cardio! I danced for 1/2 hour then kept my heart rate up through these sets. Stretching at the end was 😘

I did this workout this morning and boy it was a challenging one! I've been following your videos for the last two weeks and I can see how much stronger I'm getting. I was following another program for nearly a year and a half and one leg bridge lifts were always an insane challenge and something I could never do well. I took a 3 month hiatus and just got back into working out. This was the first video of yours that had the one leg bridge lift in it. I thought "oh man I'm not going to be able to do this..." Then I tried it and while challenging, was noticeably easier than ever to do. I'm really surprised how much stronger I've gotten in just 2 weeks! Thank you!
