    Great workout, I have a problem getting my left heel down in the Cossack squat, my right heel goes down fine. I also just figured out I have limited internal hip rotation on my left. Do u think that could be the problem?

      I am the opposite. My left heel goes down fine, my right heel doesn't, so I'm on the ball if that foot.

      I’m the same as you. Right heel up!
      My left hip doesn’t have as much range of motion as the right so it doesn’t allow for your pelvis to sit low enough

    I love your workout but my lower back killing me when I do them I don't know why even if I really engage my core do you suggest standing workout or it's effective like mat workout I just want to lose weight 😢
