Also, no matter what, killing someone with guns on your beard is too cool to pass.
To be fair, it is _really silly_ flying power armor. He's being floated along by a lead balloon with little rockets on it. And does his beard _really_ need to be on the armor? that seems like it adds a lot of weight for no benefit, when that extra metal could be spread out more protectively. That's the sort of thing you see on ceremonial stuff, or armors made for nobles with no concept of actual combat, like the armored penis sheath.

If I’m right that’s a Druchii horse rider, and in the Old World the Dark Elves explicitly mistreated their mounts so they were meaner and more vicious. That Knife-Ear is treating his horse in ways that even Richard would be disgusted at.

Why do people forget this?
Dark Elves torture and corrupt their horses with magic and whips and feed them the meat of freshly perished slaves. Beastmasters are trained to have a twisted sense of empathy so they know just how to exploit it to break their mounts.
If they’re at all the same in AoS that horse has gone through hell.

Dark Elves (I refuse to use the copyright spelling), apart from the Daughters of Khaine, are in a weird place where we know they're in the setting, but we also know the way they're currently represented is wrong because inevitably they'll get reimagined when their new range comes. So the only content we have to go on is WTW Druchii content, which we know is almost guaranteed not to be true.

Griph-Stalkers are raven-headed griffons that are blessed by dead death god Morrda who hates Nagash.
They can consume souls of the enemies and give their life energies to their riders. It's important because it makes the general on top of gryph-stalker to go insane, as is typical for stormcasts, noticabely slower

The point about Kharadron and steam punk is fair, counter point: their Ironclad mount has enough fire power to level a few city blocks.

I don't get why so many people rag on steampunk stuff.
I mean, I know that's part of the joke but I always thought that it was a nice enough concept for fantasy settings and such, if it's handled right of course, but I don't really see what the problem would be unless someone tries to treat the idea of steampunk stuff as if it's somehow superior to other things.
I will say that upon looking at it again, I do think that the Kharadron having steampunk hats as part of their armor is pretty dumb.
I mean, I will say that if they wanted to go for a better overall look, they should've just incorporated some of the old dwarf helmet designs into their armor rather than have them have silly hats and such.

The difference of the Gryph-stalker are that they're a gift from Mordha/Morr to sigmar that allow the mount to drain the life force of it enemies and transfer it to the rider
