Day 8 done 55 yo lil bit stronger lady i was so excited to lift my leg when doing the arm exercises! (maybe not all but most!) I did yell stop a few times glad u didnt hear me...see u tomorrow....i did have to take a rest day yesterday but in it for the long haul! 💪thank you for doing these!❤
Day 8 ✅ I have to say today was amazing, and there’s a really important reason why. From the moment I woke up, I didn’t feel super positive and almost didn’t want to workout. But I pushed through all those negative feelings and started today’s workout, and now I feel much better. Thank you for the great exercises. 🍓 Everything was perfect.
I am absolutely loving your classes - the variety, how you explain things clearly and encourage. I have never really enjoyed exercise that much but I actually look forward to doing your classes. I have been doing them regularly for a couple of months now and I can see my body changing and my feeling of strength increasing. Thank you Rachel 😊
Day 8 on Challenge. Feeling a difference in my muscle tone and posture. Love the timer on the screen. When I start to get tired, I focus on the timer and know I can keep going for that amount of time. 🙂
Wow that’s great! And yes I love the timer too.. most fitness ones show a % but I’ve always wanted a countdown so I know how much is left haha so glad u appreciate it!
Round 2, Day 8 done! I’m proud of myself for pushing through the WHOLE workout! No stopping🎉🎉🎉🎉 the iso on my right side is challenge BUT it is getting easier slowly but surely ❤
Day 8 done! Today I have found the workout more difficult than the previous ones but really enjoy it. I feel I am getting the mobility of my body back again as it's not so stiff as when I started. Thank you Rachel! ❤❤❤❤

Day 8 done! I’m intermittent fasting and had a meeting this morning so I totally forgot to workout before eating….on ab day 😮💨😆…not doing that again! 😂
Day 8 Done! I feel movements become a bit easier. Though I still have trouble with single leg lifts. I catch a Charlie horse no matter the position, but I still enjoyed this video❤
@@rachelsfitpilates my husband came in the room while I was getting into single leg and I said to him how much I hate it... I said 'my left glute is just so weak'.. He said 'so then skip it'...and I was like 'no! If my glute is so weak, it will only continue being weak if I skip it!'

I started the 28 day weightloss and strength pilates challenge and I love it. I was wondering do you use 2 lb ankle weights for each ankle or 1 lb ankle weights for each ankle? Day 8 ✅ made myself laugh …tried to do the kneeling arms and core but couldn’t work out why I was so unstable … took me a few minutes to realise I was doing left leg and left arm at the same time 🤦🏼♀🙄😂😂😂
