They seek desolation, thus they called me forth with a blood tribute. Who am I to deny their desires?" Richter: "Do not try to justify your malice and theft. You'd rob people of their souls and their will to dominate them. As if those people asked for such fates!" Dracula: "My good hunter, belief drives mankind. They would adhere to the will of those stronger and more promising than themselves. Perhaps you should consider the implications of your own religion. Is it not the will of your own God that drives you to strike me down?" Richter: "The decision is mine alone. Your words ring hollow, and I'll protect humanity from the chaos you preach as-" Dracula: (Interrupting) "Let me tell you of humanity! All I see within them is greed and deception! They represent a lust for power! I know all too well! No more... I am the one with true power." (Dance of Illusion cues up) Dracula: "But enough talk! HAVE AT YOU!"
i love how, except for that last sentence (it's like you just had to do it), you managed to combine both the English and the Japanese version dialogues into one.
@@NeoArashi The entire fight, the intro cutscene where he throws the wine glass gets up from his throne and teleports into the battle, and he had the same design for both regular form and true form.
The VA in this game sucks, its almost as bad as RE1, except it isn't funny. Only Dracula can pull of a decent performance. That said, the astounding writing makes up for it.

The whip has been completely remade twice (Technically 3 times if you count the Morningstar variant but that's still up for debate) throughout the franchise, and not every Belmont has held the Vampire Killer variant. The first whip was the Alchemist's whip, first seen in the hands of Leon Belmont, and later many other Belmont's of the clan. And the final evolution of the whip, the Vampire Killer, was held by the rest of the Belmont bloodline and the Morris Clan Select few held the Alchemist whip, Others the Vampire Killer
