11:45 im gonna try this out.. sometimes I’ll use the same weight for all 3-4 sets of an exercise and find I get a good pump. Wonder if it would be that way if I did it on chest day with the dumbbell press. Thanks for the tip!
On wednesday evening it was very warm so i said fuck it,im training in my homegym barefoot.Felt better than i thought it would be.felt natural. Im still scared of dropping a plate on my foot.Usually on leg and back day i wear my Adidas powerlifting shoes.Preworkout with caffeine sucks in summer. In winter its usually better since it warms you up.I need to get a pair of lever arms that i can attach to my power rack as i miss doing the shoulder press machine. I've put on a huge amount of strength on the seated military press and last time on my top set got 135kgs for 2 reps. Im coming for 3 plates soon.
interesting exercise progression but i get it. ok to do tris within the program (rather than tradiotinally at the end) because chest and shoulder movements that follow dont recruit tris therefore no strength loss

And when I'm doing those Heavy compound movements I also struggle with giving myself enough time in between, I have taken to adding in light Tibia Raises with like 20lbs and doing one leg at a time and it is a perfect rest time. Or grip work, just some quality things that take time and that do not take from my workout. GIVE EM HEAD HOLL..... SHIT I mean GIVE EM HELL HOLL 🤣
It's called a timer. It's on your phone. You set it for the time you want to rest and then wait until the alarm goes off then you do your next set. Technology is amazing isn't it?

Like if you went to that convention in this shape as Kratos, you would have a mob surrounding you constantly with no time for a meal. Not sure if you’ll read this but any info is welcome when taking general supplements ie. Creatine protein preworkout etc do you have a supplement that helps with digestion as let’s say I get clogged up I think from the creatine and protein 😂

JAMIE obviously saw some advantage.. though you are a much better candidate bc you’ve already about max’d out your cytoskeletal growth..now hold that + max out muscle cell volume. Nothing would make me happier than James being a TOP 3 Olympian! JUST adding MORE lbs of mass each yr is NOT going to do it.. that train can only be taken so far. If your current best “only” gets you 6-7th, please consider a style & location change (I realize Yamamoto might prevent a change to coaches who only train their companies guys, hence why I said “Hani-like”).
He mentioned in either this one or the pull one the goal is to use the same for all 4 sets with 12ish being first set so could be 12/9/6/4 or something.

i train instinctively, even 10 sets if i feel great only doing bench
hunter's side laterals are with the cabels crossed, so that the tension is greater at the bottom than at the top

Are your elbows in pain? Seems like possible inflammation. I don't normally see elbows get that red.
