    I’m grateful you’re sharing more of your life with us James! For what it’s worth, it’s this kind of video that I enjoy most - just daily stuff that I feel can help me in my own life - with organising my meals etc. Looking forward to seeing more!

      And btw, that is a huge amount of food. Personally, I find this kind of days to be one of the hardest parts of bodybuilding. I can hardly do anything when I eat that many carbs, I’m sleepy all day. And my stomach, I’ve found, really likes a higher fiber diet, I find it very hard to digest just meat, rice and fat like this. Appreciate the grind sir!

    Hi James just like to say it's a blessing to watch you train,eat,and also get into depth with everything you talk about,you have inspired me to get back to my training,as I use to compete many years ago,I'm 52 now,but that's just a number,thank you James,keep up the hard work,and those black and white videos,reminds me of blood and guts,but I don't have to wear my ear protection lol💪🇬🇧🙏

      @@hollingshead89 yes sir...my grandson Jason (he's 6) likes to watch you guys videos with me and thinks you guys are real life Superheros, so it makes it even more fun to watch y'all !!! When I workout with him here, he tries to lift, so you guys have an influence on folks more than you even think. He also think you are cool cause you play video games just like he does - it gives him more confidence.

    Great videos and content! What is the tall bottle you used on the rice that looks like hot sauce? I couldn’t make it out in the video. No gym near me but I’ve mostly a full gym at home. No T Bar station yet though. Getting back in now after far too long. Your channel is motivation, many past videos to watch and look forward to the new ones. Day of eating videos are always helpful to watch and lifts with proper form and speed.

      The diet is based on what I and Patrick put together but i make certain calls on amounts etc.

    Love these videos, a lot of people under estimate how difficult it is to eat that amount of food. Do you find it hard to go back to a low day after a high + day?

      It can be mostly because it spikes your appetite a fair bit

    Maybe a bit of a stupid question but was just wondering how you go about transporting chicken and keeping it safe to eat when you're out and about?
    I sometimes have to take my chicken and rice out with me but only currently have a standard Adidas backpack for transport 🤣 so not great for maintaining safe food temperatures which kind of makes me nervous.

      i just use a large insulated food back and take my food immediately after cooked pack and go so it stays hot tbh bud

    Would you consider to replace some of your feedings with easier liquid calories? Even if I am a bottomless pit, eating +5K a day may look like a full-time job 😅

      I use csn it’s great quality stuff in a wide range of flavours and I add whey too it.

      I think you misunderstood his question. I believe he is asking total calorie intake. On your high carb days are they different from total calorie intake on normal carb days.

      Yes that's what I meant because I have made a plan where I'd get 25g of carbs for low days and then bump it up to 500g of carbs on high days meanwhile keeping it the same calories overall as well as keeping the protein intake the same. I'm not sure if it's really the way to go but I thought it would be great to get your version of it in comparising, thank you!
