I’m grateful you’re sharing more of your life with us James! For what it’s worth, it’s this kind of video that I enjoy most - just daily stuff that I feel can help me in my own life - with organising my meals etc. Looking forward to seeing more!
And btw, that is a huge amount of food. Personally, I find this kind of days to be one of the hardest parts of bodybuilding. I can hardly do anything when I eat that many carbs, I’m sleepy all day. And my stomach, I’ve found, really likes a higher fiber diet, I find it very hard to digest just meat, rice and fat like this. Appreciate the grind sir!
@@hollingshead89 thanks for replying James. Such a big fan of yours 💪🏻 been watching your videos for a long time now. Hoping to meet you one day at comic con or Arnold expo.

Hey James! Would you do a video on finances as a bodybuilder? Because I think for most it’s a mystery how you buy so much food and do everything. No specifics, but just generally how it goes for you?
Hey James I wanted to ask you, on your high days are your calories in moving in any kind of way or are they the same as your low day calories? Also if you ever need some help with editing let me know lol
I think you misunderstood his question. I believe he is asking total calorie intake. On your high carb days are they different from total calorie intake on normal carb days.
Yes that's what I meant because I have made a plan where I'd get 25g of carbs for low days and then bump it up to 500g of carbs on high days meanwhile keeping it the same calories overall as well as keeping the protein intake the same. I'm not sure if it's really the way to go but I thought it would be great to get your version of it in comparising, thank you!
Was the volume of food you ate as an amateur when pushing plateaus higher? Or similar? I remember Jordan in 2012 going from 210 to 285 in 6 months, did you ever do anything similar?
