well... most of your ideas (at least those I see in this viedeo) are very basic and obvious (at least for me.). I figured out these things myself and it wasn't so hard. just simple "long term vision" and prioritazing. Also you adjust routine for yourself (according to your conditions and best work time) - that is a "power side" for me from your video which I should think about much more than I did before and try different approaches.
