Go ahead and stay fresh washing your hair whenever you want. Your hair growth or fall, thick or thin is your genetics. I wash my hair very single day since my teenage and if not I don't even feel like I took bath. I wake up 4.30 am, I workout every single day At f45 and I am super sweaty when I return home. If you feel your scalp is accumulated of sweat and dirt of the day's thing, we can absolutely wash your hair no matter what others say. They don't know what you doing and feeling. Go ahead and stay fresh washing your hair whenever you want. Your hair growth or fall, thick or thin is your genetics. But your hair looking healthy or not is in your hand how you eat, how you maintain by applying hair packs, oiling etc.. JUST MY SAY.

My hair is healthy coz I eat healthy nutritious food. My hair is really dense and long(which is my genetical thing) but I recently cut it really short as haven't had short hair all my life. Just wanna experience having short hair. I haven't felt any problem washing hair everyday. I have two daughters and even during my pregnancy and after delivery my hair was all fine coz I took care of what I eat, my sleep, my emotional wellbeing. People ask how you have such beautiful hair in 30s. Whatever my genes have given, I am still having it because I dint exploit it just coz I had it. I maintained my hair and overall health so that I still have what I got.
