Then 10:30ku kaakathuku Sapadu thaniya sanchutu then I take my morning breakfast. 11:30ku kitchen paathram la cleaning. 12 ku paapa ku kulipatanum. 1oclock Paapaku lunch vootanum. 2o clock Thoonga vaipen. 2-4 my small business ku product prepare panuven.. 4ku Nan lunch sapduven. 5 ku again veedu Kootitu 5:30ku again vilaku ethuven. 6ku husband vantruvaru. 6:30-7:30 dinner prepare. 7:30-8:15 paapa ku vootanum. 9ku dinner sapduven. Time iruntha cook with comali hot star la papaen. Then 10:30ku sleeping.

      Super, this is how our mothers and grandmother's kept their life busy and health fit by doing household work and they didn't buy 300 rupees protein bar and run every morning. If we do household work routinely that will be a great exercise. Hats off to you

    I could see everyone spreading some negative comments on her life style .. she said one word that she feel energized when she does exercise and thats Damn true .. i too feel the same way . But as I'm working in IT I had work at night .. so morning workout seems impossible ... i am just happy that she have a right profession to adapt to this lifestyle.. it might look hard .. but its a happy lifestyle too ..

    eat remaining rice ( palaya sadham) at next day morning soaked in water... drink fresh juice, have some dry fruits, eat green beans, boiled carrots, bananas, cucumber and for protein you can have chicken but not fried...
    these are the natural diet food... and this is 100% better than what you are having.

      I use to have pazhai Sadham in the morning with lil curd and I'm prediabetic now. It is a very good breakfast option but should be taken moderately. Insulin may spike up.

    Food habits not impressive..local food/vegetables/fruits are always ideal. I will lose my motivation if I have to eat this everyday.     You are soo inspiring Ramya. But not gonna follow the same routine as yours. Since i have 2 kids under the age of 4, i barely get sleep. But this video inspires me to follow some kind of routine for my self care and self love. Also its not good to wear mask when you are jogging, skipping or doing any sort of workout. You should inhale and exhale fresh air during these times. Early morning fresh air is very good to breath and covering up that with mask is not a wise idea according to me.

      I wash my hair very single day since my teenage and if not I don't even feel like I took bath. I wake up 4.30 am, I workout every single day At f45 and I am super sweaty when I return home. If you feel your scalp is accumulated of sweat and dirt of the day's thing, we can absolutely wash your hair no matter what others say. They don't know what you doing and feeling. Go ahead and stay fresh washing your hair whenever you want. Your hair growth or fall, thick or thin is your genetics. But your hair looking healthy or not is in your hand how you eat, how you maintain by applying hair packs, oiling etc.. JUST MY SAY.

      My hair is healthy coz I eat healthy nutritious food. My hair is really dense and long(which is my genetical thing) but I recently cut it really short as haven't had short hair all my life. Just wanna experience having short hair. I haven't felt any problem washing hair everyday. I have two daughters and even during my pregnancy and after delivery my hair was all fine coz I took care of what I eat, my sleep, my emotional wellbeing. People ask how you have such beautiful hair in 30s. Whatever my genes have given, I am still having it because I dint exploit it just coz I had it. I maintained my hair and overall health so that I still have what I got.

      Bcz thalaila neer korkum if we din dry hair completely after hair wash it will matters...also age goes u can feel sinus prb.. also if u wash ur hair daily.. hair roots thin ahgum.. hair soft aidum apdi ahchuna.. hair fall varum.. if u hv thin hair if u can able to dry ur hair completely dry after a wash u can wash daily..but if u hv thick n length hair.. dont wash daily.. 3times a week is enough.. r 4times..

    I have started my weight loss journey yesterday I bought an weight machine to track my weight. Wish me luck. My aim to walk 10000 steps everyday. Daily morning walking with gradual inclusion of jogging to the routine and 3 -4 days 20 min HIIT along with calorie deficit. Wish me luck

    Hi akka,i just now saw this video....i have a doubt please clarify about it....i heard or read some where there collagen is difficult for the digestive system to digest and hence will get deposited as fat and will increase weight...kindly clarify on this? Does taking in collagen increase weight? I really love the idea of collagen but due to the fear of this factor i haveny tried it yet...kindly guide me

      Don't push urself to drink more water.it ll be heavy load for ur lever so better drink water as much u can and drinking more water it won't help you to lose weight.
      Just calculate ur calories taking and maintain that and do bit of workout.
      If u do this long term then sure it ll help you to lose weight and good for ur health too.
      I m following these things nearly two years 💪
