I was wondering how you feel about sesame oil. The yellow organic oil that comes in cans. Not the brown stuff in bottles. We use sesame oil quite a a lot in cooking. All of my blood data is good.
Interesting...you touched on grass fed beef and nutrient dense foods. It's interesting that you didn't mention the Carnivore diet. It is supposed to really lower inflammation. In The Carnivore Code, they talk about Curcumin also hurting healthy cells. I don't think our ancestors had access to most of the plants that we do on a regular basis. Metabolic problems from sugar, seed oils and grains seem to be causing most of the inflammation. Overall, interesting talk.

Let's get one thing straight, inflammation is good! CHRONIC inflammation is bad. There are also different types and causes of inflammation and not all of them are bad even if chronic.
