    Real!! As a ballet dancerctraininh my butt was a game changer for my turnout! I always avoided training my legs bc i didnt want to make them bigger, it actually did the opposite, and improved my technique. This video is so true

      Nothing gets rid of stretch marks babe. You can use vitamin e oil or shea butter to reduce but they'll never go away. Embrace the Tigress within ​@garimaupadhyay508

      I gotta admit....that snapping pop caught me off guard and made me scream! Lol 😂 Joints do that every now and then. As long as it doesn't hurt. Extra points if the pop feels outright good! 😅

    Thanks for the insight on this. My main stiffness comes from my Hamstrings.
    I do the "hands-to-floor & 'half-way' stretch (often as part of the Vinyasa).
    But I just can't get the Hamstrings to loosen up.
    Any suggestions?

    If I'm unable to sit at a right angle, but only in obtuse angle, what kind of workout should I do?

      Standing forward fold and go as far as your body allows for you to have your back straight and hold , you should feel quite a stretch

    Mine click all the time when doing movements like leg raises. How do I fix this?

      These can go away with movement (think: motion is lotion). Sometimes the clicking doesn't go away and if it's doesn't hurt you should be okay!
      I would definitely ask your doctor next time to be sure, but it's always a sign of an an underlying medical condition or old injury. I wish I had a better answer for you but it's different for everyone - just pay attention to if there's pain. :)

    Your knee made cracking sound. Is it bad for knee

      Nope! It is absolutely normal for knees to give a cracking sound when you are active. If there's pain, that's not good. Cracking is common and it happens when carbon dioxide builds up in the joint's fluid and is released as a gas bubble that bursts when the joint adjusts rapidly. :)

      The key is consistency so whatever you do, make sure you enjoy it so you're consistent!

      Strengthen them! Go to the gym and push/pull some heavy stuff with your legs. You'll feel unstoppable 👍👍

    So what if it's not really My hips but my glutes? I feel like no matter what I do and despite almost being able to do full splits, my glutes are super tight and sometimes they even cramp

      No stupid. It's actually very satisfying feeling and if you know anything about knee pops then you would know it's just the fluid bubbles between the joints that pop not the actual Bones 😂

      I totally hear you. I had a weak right knee earlier this year but progressive loading made it stronger. It's possible to strengthen the knees!
