🍰 Ingredients
🍪For the base:
250g Chocolate biscuits
100g Unsalted butter, melted
🍌For the filling:
450g Cottage cheese
400g Condensed milk
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
200g Whipped thickened cream
150g Digestive biscuits, broken into pieces
2 Bananas, sliced
200g Dates, pitted and chopped
🍫 For the topping:
200g Dark chocolate
2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
100g Crushed pistachios
