Musician question. What type/size mouthpieces do you guys play on? I recently started playing on a Bach 22D. Nice and brassy. Perfect for the higher registers but sometimes it's he'd to bounce around. I used to play (and sometimes still do) on a Bach 15ew.

They play large bore tenor trombones, the average size of their mouthpieces should be approximately Bach 5G

I have a group of friends at school and I was going to see if we could practice this for fun (or potentially play this during lunch at school because why not lol), or if that breaks some copyright law or you don't want me to know that's fine as well.

Needs more stank to the sound. An ensemble of trombones should have at least one epic, nasty moment. I mean come on...

They're white european dudes...
from what I can hear, their sound is more classically trained, you're not gonna have much "stank" with a classical tone. the bassbone however can have some stank on it occasionally if you listen closely enough.
The lack of stank is the reason this is a good performance.

I love trombone but I got stuck playing the flute because my parents made me. :( :(
It is never too late. I had to play piano, violin and viola for other people. I finally just went and spent all the money I had on me and bought one. I then told my music teacher/uncle who taught me. And I never looked back!

How do you know a song has officially died? When a trombone ensemble picks it up...Yup, if there was any ounce of life left in it, it's definitely been destroyed now.
This pissed me off 🤔 they're too good to be playing this bullshit and there are a lot of empty spaces that can be filled
