I've been practising yoga for more than 10 years now, and I can feel it in my body when a practice is nurturing. This does that for me. Done 7 days, I felt relaxed and happy with completion of 1week of awakening series and today I felt good amount of stretch in thigh. I will keep myself motivated.

I have completed the 10days challenge and started with 30 days challenge . I have completed one week and found my body answering every twist I request. I am 40 + .I have been doing yoga for the past 4cyrs. You have helped me to correct my postures and making me more confident . Padmasana has been a dream for me because I couldn't place my legs properly and was very painful. Now I wonder I am placing my legs in lotus posture. . I am really thankful to you preethi. I feel very happy sharing this to you. Nowadays I feel stress free and relaxrs also🙏👏👏👏
I m now doing the 30days regimen of yours.. also learnt earlier weight loss series 3types too .. seeing lots of improvement in my mental and physical health and my extra weight started shedding and also following food regime also.. always thankful to you for ur yoga guidance in my life.. will give feedback in the coming days of practice too.. 🙏🙏🙏
Day 7 done 🤩 While doing some of the twist and turn their was localised and temporary pain in muscles 🤔. One week completed 🤗 I m already feeling upgraded 😍😎. Thanku 🙏🙏🙏
