I'M falling in love ❤️ with Nigeria as American-Ghanaian, when it comes to real estate and especially good locations with pricing. Such homes will cost perhaps a million dollars in Ghana. They are selling 3 bedrooms apartment in Ghana in their so call Airport residential for over half a million usd which does not even come close to this.

It is not a Triplex but a Tri-level house same with Duplex. Duplex means two independent houses that have a common wall. Please use bilevel house instead of duplex
