I can see this House is finished.. As in, ( the finishing is clean) the doors and frames are neat. .. Some Naija houses are badly finished with paints hanging on the door frames and tiles badly placed.. These are the things am going to be looking at b4 buying a home.. If a house is well finished, I don't care the cost.. I will take it. Well done guys. 👍👍👍👍👍
Here in Yankee, when they paint they put tape around the frame so when they paint the wall, there is no stains on the frame. That should be standard anywhere in the world including naija. The project managers should never sign off on the project unless everything meets standard.
The house is beautiful and the presentation is fine .weldone Bera I love this house and I would like to know if one can raise up the fence because its very low fence and privacy has not put in consideration here. Thanks good job. Please I need your reply on the fence issue.
Hello Mrs. Hannah, thank you for your good remarks. I appreciate it. It's indeed a beautiful house. The fence cannot be raised higher than that because of the estate's policy. For privacy, the owner has planted trees(not fully grown yet) around the house by the walls/fences. These trees, when fully grown will block the view of the house at all sides.
I have a question, do Nigerian consumers like brown floors, tiles, wooden, carpets as in a differnt color from the walls? Reason being, all these houses will have white walls and white floors, why?
@@beradeals I am talking about the white tiles, everywhere in naija real estate is white floors, ki o de? I have seen wood in Kenya, I have vinyl floors in America. Well maybe some developers will incorporate colors to their floors in future endeavors.
@@beradeals All houses in US are built with planks and are ridiculously expensive. Also paying taxes on them. You better pray fire don't break out, the whole building will be consumed in minutes
90% of houses in the world have their entrances at the front, I don't know why you think this should be different. Suggestions: You can buy one of those back houses with a long driveway or build your own house and place your main entrance at the back of the house so no one will see you coming out.

White is a bright, neutral colour. That's why most developers use it. After the purchase, the buyer can always repaint the walls to his/her taste.

Oh okay.
@@MajorrBison Yes, developers in Nigeria are getting better and yes there's still room for more improvements.

Beautiful buildings Disappointing video. Instead of playing music all the way In the video somebody should speak and tell people about the Property.
If you want, I can employ you to speak in the videos.

Make I pay 500m..
It will cost you an arm and a leg to run that house.
Nawa! No land.

Too cheap for you 🥶🙌
Anyone can see you coming out of your house in this property. Definitely not for me.

What the poster means is that there’s no privacy, due to the low fence.
@@evelynemmanuel9594 It's the norm in every nice, highly secured estate in Lekki.
Is this still available?
