The minimum for a house like this in a good area of Conakry, Guinea would be 700 000 USD. I would put the swimming pool at back of the house, maybe more green in front of the house. The land seems to be small but for the price it's a good deal.

The only fault i have is the land mass , it is not seating on a wide portion of land, secondly the green areas should be improved, to accommodate coconut trees and other beautiful lushes. it is not the duty of those who have the money to buy the tools for the youth, the youth needs to think up fresh ideas and seek funding to create a business that uses such tools to create something that those who look outside will get from. A few furniture makers in Nigeria struggled and are doing this, trust and believe that they too are making a ton of money now because they didn't feel entitled to other people's money in the name of "youth"
