Just to point out something,the builders in Nigeria need to start taking the privacy of their buyers into account.I see that most homes in that area are very close to each other.If i'm in my pool taking a bath,my neighbor will be capturing everything i'm doing.

I have been thinking of this exact thing since and I've come up with a solution. Just put a shed over the pool area. Preferably a shed with a two-way mirror roofing that still lets in natural light into the pool.
Nigeria is on top with automation but lack in greenery & garaging for their cars ,top tier houses ,need to applaud the constructions .Amazingly beautiful
Such a beautiful home, however I notice the wall units in the kitchen are ceiling height, so not sure how one is expected to get to the top level of those cabinets. Also they could build a privacy wall around the pool to prevent neighbours from looking in cos it’s too close to their fence. But overall the builder/architect did a fab job on the house.
Place is so massive, if my neighbors are nosy, get the biggest binoculars you can’t find. I might be walking around in my birthday suit. Hopefully they are busy making money and do not have time to be nosy neighbors scoping my massive home. 😂😂😂😂😂😂. Love this home.
Love the light and windows. The swimming pool is too short and there is not privacy from the neighbors. It would be great if there was more plants. The kitchen seems to be small for the price. Think about the owner will host parties so the kitchen won't be able to hold extra kitchen staff
Nigerian builders will just paint a house white, install thousands of light and put a price tag of billions of naira. Overpriced houses in not too developed neighborhoods

The interior design is too bland, finishing needed to be improved. the railing on the spiral staircase should have been more artistic and the pool need privacy. painting a simple house white should not be the reason one should spend 1 million dollar

It’s a beautiful home, but over priced. I loved all the rooms except the primary suite it felt caged compared to the rest I was expecting an opened space with a balcony, that would have made this a perfect home.
The irony that you come to the city and still want to bring your village to the city, if you don't like city go back to the village and build your house there, there is millions of natural green.
