    Grateful for your meditations. Currently having a panic attack - went from a 10 to a 7 after practicing for the first time. Second time down to a 5. Healing from PTSD and agoraphobia so thank you ✨❤️

    Thank you so much for this. I came here looking for one of your older meditations that has the distractions, but this new one popped up. It helped me go from a 6 to a 3. I love your emotional processing meditations, but these ones for when we're really activated are so great. Thank you!

    I am going through some health issues that are undiagnose till date...been 11 months and that has taken my nervous system into overacting ... the symptoms are extreme and your quick easy and caring meditations help me sooo much to get back into my calm nature that i thought lost.
    Please dont give up on us . We need these videos to be the best versions of ourselfs ❤.
