I AM!! 7 weeks has gone so fast!! Almost two months on quarantine only going to grocery shopping and take a little walk with the dogs. So glad I found this, after I quit from roller skating two years ago (and gaining weight) this is the only routine I have been following more than four weeks!! Sorry for my bad english, WE HAVE 5 MORE WEEKS!! LET'S GOOOOO!!!
Spoiler alert! The one leg squats with the ball were humbling. I had to use furniture as extra support. This workout is now my fave leg day. Thanks Heather.
I am loving what these workouts do to my legs! It's my second time through the 12-week plan, and while I feel like jelly while I'm working out, my legs are getting so strong. The other night I dreamed that pirates wanted to take my legs because they are so powerful - how funny! Thank you so much Heather.
I am so enjoying this 12 week challenge. I haven't missed a day yet (including resting on rest days!) and am feeling the benefits. Still don/t have the upper body strength to do full pushups, but I hope that will come. Love the inspiration, thanks Heather. Amazing!!!
The split squats were killers :-). It seems like this format is going by quicker. I love that you change the format of workouts, thus it never gets boring
Had a few days off from HR because we've had some good surf. Today the surf was mellow and I was missing the intensity of these workouts, so I followed up our beach day with this workout! I feel amazing, thank you Heather!
Had to lose the weight on those kneeling squats or I was going to lose my legs lol. I love how your videos are created so that anyone at any level can find a way to power through! I'm loving the muscle definition I'm seeing now 💪🦵🥰
What I love about the 12 week program : is so structured in a way that you don't work the same muscle group consecutive days. And this allows for the growth and recovery of such muscles 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾💪🏾💪🏾🙏🏾proper techniques.

Hi Heather, finding your youtube page was one of the best things that happened to me in my quarantine, I go in week 7, day 3 and I already lost 5 kilos and two sizes, but the best was not that, I was disciplined again, enjoy exercise, challenge myself every day and eat healthy. May 18, 2020-2!!!! I cant believe i was able to finish it twice today...i went into the 2nd session thinking i will only finish 15 minutes of it but i actually finished the 2nd round til the end! July 25, 2020-round 2 week 7 day 3-2 Oct. 20, 2020-round 3week 7 day 3-1
That was tough. But I actually found day one and two of this week harder. Is my body getting used to the pain!?! Thank you Heather for pushing us up to and beyond our boundaries (one leg gym ball - you know I’m taking to you!)
Legs on FIRE!!! I did not have heavier weights so I wrapped my ankle weights around my dumbbells. So far 5kg down since week 1!! thanks Heather for this workout plan.
Definitely my favorite leg workout so far! I had to use the back of a chair for balance with the single-leg squats, and my legs were trembling by the time we got to the deadlifts :)

Amazing!!!! I upped my weights by using my barbell and i did the jumping part i usually moderate those so I challenged myself and I did it ,I also incorporated a resistance band and now i am shaking I love it so far my favorite leg and booty workout!!!! Thank you

I have to say this was one of my favorites. I love leg day!! I had to modify the lunges though and used a bench instead of the stability ball. I do need some practice on those! Thank you as always HR! My shoulders , triceps and biceps appreciated this workout as well.

A little behind but Thank you so much for this work out program. It makes it so easy to get and be consistent. I am doing stuff I didn’t think I could do or even ever tried . It’s nice to know I don’t have to think about what work out I’m going to do, it’s challenging, rewarding and it’s free! Legit so amazing.

An excellent workout day 3 week 7 with a lot of a dripping sweat of course.🏋️💐🎊 However exercise " Split Squat (L-R legs) is required to perfect balance and the strong muscles of calfs of legs. At first I couldn't do it but for the second time I've got it!!!🌞 THANK YOU Heather 💖💯 for a golden opportunity to get healthier and more enduring to everyone!
Yes split squats on the ball looked so easy but they were NOT. 2 days in a row I didn’t feel like working out and now so glad I did. Thanks for another good one ☝️!
I modified by doing 10 standing squats (seated to standing holding the weights the same as heather). My right knee can’t take that much pressure and it works the same targeted muscles- just not as hard core!

The prisioner squats with dumbells were a little bit hard for me. But the rest was ok, I'm proud I did the jumpings in the cardio without stopping. Thanks Heather!

Love this. I've thunder thighs so it was great giving them a good workout. The lunges with the ball... Omg...they were tough. Definitely need some practice with them.
ok, I managed to get through this ,however got confused on the stability ball lunges,i was too busy trying to balance and get my form correct ,so I may have repeated the same leg.Oh well ,for sure I was not going to repeat it .I did think about it ,but it remained as just that .Now for some abs .Thanks for yet another great workout Heather .xx
