Shoo! That was no joke! I'm dripping sweat,😅. I couldn't for the life of me get the pike up done. Lol I'm sure it was quite a site.🤣 I'll keep trying. I finally was able to get the lay down push-up and leg lift, both rounds. 👍 Wk7d2 ✔️. Can't wait for tomorrow 😁.

In the past I didn't fully understand when people say that they feel stronger. I've lost just a few pounds but I can feel so much stronger than in the beggining...and I appreciatte more that than my weight loss! You're amazing, Heather!
That last section with the ball was such a challenge!!! I had to stop so many times, but I didn’t give up. Thank you for these free workouts that truly push me! 😊
This is the most sustainable program I have ever done..... Its challenging, but not overwhelming, I see my body starting to shape up, and the music is awesome LOVE IT
wasn't the biggest fan of todays workout. Felt more like strength cardio than HIIT. Didn't really enjoy it and got bored so quick. Looking forward to tomorrows workout! Thank you so much for making this programme free and accessible to all of us! lots of love
If there was an award which was to be given to the most laziest person who is following this entire workout series, hands down that would be me! I was supposed to start with week 9 today but here I am who has not even completed the entire week 6 workout and is doing week 7 workout. I wish I could be more consistent with my workouts. I am still seeing great results though. Even though I did the workout after a long break, I was still able to power my way through it and complete it while being drenched in sweat. Thank you Heather. You are amazing!!
Wow! This was definitely a hard sweaty one today, so enjoyed it but my arms still hurt from yesterday, but I have just finished day 2 of week 7 and feeling absolutely shattered lol, but I went on and did one of your standing ab workouts with weights then ons of your stretching workout Feeling so good today but sore I was better on the stability ball after watching your video over weekend it has helped massively but I can't quite get those pikes you do so did it with bring kbess to the chest Thank you for anithet great workout, looking forward to tomorrow workout Must say it was odd not having burpes 😂😂😂
I just want to take comfort in the fact that there is no way I would have been able to even attempt today’s session had I not improved in the past 6 weeks. And I didn’t lost control of the ball once .... but still couldn’t go on my tippy toes nor do as many repetitions as HR. She is BEAST. WOW. I really want to come back to this sessh and be able to do the workout on the ball like HR #fitnessgoals 😂
I was so proud of myself for getting those push-up leg raises! They looked so hard in the preview, but once I got started I did them no problem! The pike was another story. lol

Hahaha, stability ball antics! I'm anything but stable on it. The pike took me so long to get right 😂 I have only started using one since this series. I can get most of them fairly quick, but the most exercise I got with the pike was chasing the ball 😂😂 Workout was fantastic, sweaty and exhausting. Loved every minute. Always exciting as each day is different. Lots of effort in making this series shines through everyday. Thanks Heather 💖💖
This is my second time doing this 12 week workout. It gets harder every workout but I am continuing to get so much stronger. I am upping my weights and seeing so much definition especially in my shoulders. Thanks Heather!
This was a great sweat session! I just I wish there was more time to get situated for the stability ball! It's difficult to see what's next, get set up and try to balance especially when it's a new workout! Otherwise, I'm loving this program! Week 7 strong!
I am writing from my husband's account. This training was a killer. I barely made it to the end. For the initial 4 weeks, I did 2 challenge training a day. Currently, doing 1 workout is really hard. Every day is tougher for me.
7 weeks in and I have lost so much body fat without restricting (80/20 rule)!!! I appreciate you, Heather, by never skipping ads LOL your program made me stronger AND it saved my wallet haha

Second time doing the entire program, and I shrieked when the 180-degree jump squats made their return! I remember those! (I also remember the "Alien in Love" song in the background... epic!)
Oh wow... third time through and I came to comment almost the exact same thing (good to know I'm consistent 😆)... this was such a stellar single day workout! All the songs and the moves were fun!

My left eye is stinging so badly from the swearfest. Never sweated like this in the entire program and those last two ab workouts finished me!!! But it was an amazing workout, u never know what to expect with Heather ❤️❤️

Week 7 DAY 2 done: Boy oh boy, did I sweat or what. Found myself asking Heather nicely to wait for me while I try my level best to get on top of the ball for those Pikes😂. Ended up using my dumbells to keep the ball still😅😅😅

Wow Heather, you had me lulled into thinking this was going to be a relatively easy going workout then blasted me with the cardio, spider plank, squat jumps - phew. Another fantastic sweaty workout. You have so many great workouts that I rarely repeat any but this is one of the few I'll bookmark to do again. Thanks
Week 7, day 2 - WOW! This one was over the top... Challenging, tough, and awesome! Stay with it team, we are working and loving it! And yes, I swore at Heather a few times with this one. It's all out of love..... Onto day 3....
Did it ... with first 2 exercises I thought this one will not be so tough ... well it killed me by the 4th exercise ....Hm. But that is what HIIT is for, right? Also felt so much burn with ab exercises ... wow, good one. Thanks, Heather.
OK the only part of this workout I was dreading was the 45secs of 180 jump squats...I know I can do them because I've done the squat challenge loads of times but 45 seconds straight 😱 well I surprised myself because I did it 🙌🏻💪🏻 I counted as well and for me that was 30x 180 jump squats in 45 seconds 🙌🏻👌🏻 enjoyed this one & love making use of my stability ball again.
Definitely sweated so much!!l i am working outside in 60F weather - usually hard for me to sweat so profusely at that temp, but this workout did it! Thanks so much Heather!!!

Heather’s program is awesome. I’ve never stuck to a workout more than 2 days until starting this program. And I’m actually putting in the work/effort. I was hoping to tone my stomach and lose about 15lbs before my wedding. Unfortunately, I have not lost a single pound yet and my lower stomach fat is still there. The rest of my body has toned, but I don’t have the results I want. Is anyone else struggling with this? Any tips???
Have you tried eating at a deficit? When I was wanting to lose weight, counting calories and eating at a deficit is what really helped shed the pounds.
Love the program! But again, why are muscle groups not getting a rest day?? Yesterday obliterated our arms/back and the HIIT today almost every move involved arms/back?!
Nice one! Have to admit that I had to moderate the pike and the spider push ups a bit. But better with a slightly moderated sesh than no sesh at all 😉 week 7 day 2: ✔️

One of these days I will make friends with that stability ball - just not today! Planks and pikes on the floor today but will try the ball again sometime when I have a spotter! Love these workouts. 💗
Today HIIT Cardio + abs are the best!😍 I love most of exercises of workout day 2 week 7 but how many of followers have already written "Pike" 🐟and "180 Jump Squat"😉 are though. "Spider" is more or less feasible🕸️🕷️.However Pike🐟 can do if you should review with attention a piece of video about Pike several times. It was good for me. I did already half of this exercise at the third repeat.😅
These workouts are definitely not getting any easier. It’s a lot of mental strength as well as physical getting me through these!🧠💪🏼

I decided to use the trx strap instead of the stability ball for the pikes and planks but did it on the ball too. both are killer.
