Hi I have the same quad and I'm doing a bunch of front end repairs on it. My issue is the ball joint is so bad the nut just spins and the shaft. I'm thinking the only way to get it off is cut it with a grinder. Maybe putting vise grips holding the shaft then loosing the nut will work. Any suggestions? Thanks

Mine is a 04 polaris once you take out retainer grease gun can push out ball joint - not sure if ball joints are greasable on all years
