You do know that the Mafia still existed well into the 70s, 80s, 90s and even the 2000s, right? The movie CASINO was about the Mafia in the 1970s and the TV show The Sopranos was about the Mafia in the late 90s. So quit spreading lies and misinformation.....
@lglg64 because it has horses, is set in a rural map, and takes place around the same time period (early 1900s). Thats why it looks similar to Red Dead. How do you not see it? Blindness?

They also said they are using the latest Unreal Engine and the size of the game is somewhere linked to the limitation of this new engine they're using or something. I believe the story/campaign will be so entertaining. I cannot wait to see and experience the emotional story that Hanger13 has crafted for Enzo and this family. Yeah, i heard it’ll be linear and not open world, which I’m personally glad about. I hope (if true about it not being open world) it’ll allow them to offer a more polished, stronger combat/gameplay and Ai system. I enjoyed this video of yours. Keep up the good work!
One of the developers recently stated this about the game regarding the topic if will be open world or not; "Unlike the open-world nature of Mafia III, Mafia: The Old Country is described as having a structure more aligned with Mafia I and II. While there's a world to explore, the game focuses heavily on a linear narrative, with travel options including horseback, foot, and early automobiles, reflecting the era's technology."

Where do you get that GTA6 won’t be as good as RDR2? I’m genuinely curious. R* (minus the few missteps with GTA5) have a pedigree like no other, apart from Naughty Dog and they aren’t one to rest on their laurels and are always driven to push technological boundaries along with moving the industry forward in ways we never imagined. RDR2 is incredible. Regardless of the divide on the slow pacing of the games opening first few hours (it’s a western, like a painting that takes time to capture your painting/art/masterpiece so take it all in and appreciate it) the attention to detail is unmatched still these 6 years later. R* knows GTA6’s expectations are going to be so high. While they won’t meet everyone’s they’ll definitely exceed many. People just need to have realistic expectations. If R* deliver a game that’s on the same level as RDR2 with GTA6 they’ll have accomplished something incredible and that in itself being in the form of GTA6/fast paced etc will be ahead of the industry. If they deliver something beyond RDR2 it’ll be years ahead of the industry again. It’s unlikely R* will fail with GTA6. Could they? Yes. Will they? Not likely.
