I wonder if he can just openly talk about that because he's just not talking about any specific and sensitive stuff that could bring somebody in prison or if everyone who would kill him for that is either dead or in prison for the rest of his life. Probably both.
Yeah I’ve been wondering about that ever since I first saw him. What does everyone who worked with him or against him think about him talking about this?

The fact that they call him an "Ex mob boss" is mind blowing, a capo isn't a mob boss, they're like a manager for a company who supervises a group of people
@@tucolalo8251 Yeah I think he doesn't realize that it's not wrong, it's just misleading. They didn't claim he was the head of the family, just that he was an ex-mob boss. That is true insofar as a capo had a number of men under him as part of the hierarchy. You wouldn't say your manager at an office isn't a boss because he's not the CEO, that's silly. But it was a bit of a dick move for them to mislead people in that way. They could've just put capo or member of the mob or whatever. I'm sure that would be just about as enticing lol.
Ikr Do we really need to censor his name anyways? Rudy isn't even sure what year 9/11 happened (even though he was the mayor of NYC in 2001 and worked with first responders).
That could be interesting. The Vegas skim. The Chicago outfit. Baliesteri crime family. Cleveland crime family. The Detroit partnership. Kansas City crime family. There could be different casinos with the different families controlling them.
Just found this video and its funny because the first time I ever heard of this guy it was him analyzing the gas ticket bit in Mafia II. One of the things I respect about him is he is quick to point out what is truth and what is more fictionalized or what is embellished compared to the truth.

I'd really love to see this man breaking down the last cutscene of Mafia:DE, how accurate Tommy's reactions are? Because I always felt they were off in the original.
@MeTHoD * Rudy was saying in the documentary during the beginning of the trial his wife and kid were moved to a safe house by the marshals and they taught him how to use a gun.
I saw in another interview where Michael said that him and Rudy have since become friends, or at the very least, respect each other (since leaving the Mafia, obviously). And he mentions the Giuliani indictment often but this is the first I've seen where Rudy's name is bleeped out.
Mafia was one of the only games where i really got invested in the story, i really cared about the characters. It's great that is not exclusive and i can recommend to my friends in other platforms
I love how Tommy is just as good with guns as Vito and Lincoln, even though the other two were trained soldiers and Tommy is not. Look at the reload, the way he moves and shoots out of cover like he's a pro.
Interestingly enough, that has happened. Yakuza 3 was reviewed by a group of actual Japanese Yakuza who praised a lot about the game. The only things they really took issue with is Kiryu's terrible fashion sense and that Kiryu keeps getting into random fist-fights in the middle of the street. boingboing.net/2010/08/10/yakuza-3-review.html#more
@@themaddestvillain3040 They're pretty different games though, both Sleeping Dogs and Mafia were made by Westerners, you can tell as much from the game design. Yakuza is more a crime drama series in game form, melodrama and all. Fine you don't like it, but I can guarantee lots of people do.
The crazy thing about Mafia: Lost Heaven Definitive Edition is that, before playing it, I was kinda fascinated by mob life and thought it was kinda cool (I know, I was an idiot that way), but after playing it, how the story being told is really something else to me. I don't hate it, but I don't love it either. Not that I don't love it about the quality, I just don't love the feelings that I got from it. After that, I completely lost the stupid "fascination" about that kinda thing and I never find it interesting anymore to play Mafia-themed games or watch movies about it.
Not 100% sure but I think the censored part was Rudy Giuliani, as he was huge on mob busting and it's part of what made him so well liked before he lost his mind.
For anyone curious, you should just be able to go up to him and hit whatever button prompt it tells you (for ps4, it was circle). I did ask around for where he is before I went to assassinate him though so that could also be a factor.
Though he’s not a mob boss, to be in that position seems like a very powerful yet vulnerable position. Every position in the mob seems vulnerable, a very lavish, yet hard life. So interesting to hear his perspective. After seeing the game finished it seems pretty sad too, not an easy thing to leave behind.

Maybe it was a screw up, but I think Frank like Tommy got tired of being paranoid and indulged in his hobbies like dog racing even when it got him killed.
This man should have helped out with Mafia themed movies, shows and games. He would have made them so realistic mafia crime rates could drop very low.
martin scorsese does that with his movies already
@@lets_see_777 fair enough didnt know he made movies
He has helped in movies behind-the-scenes.
Pretty sure Scorsese meets with him from time to time.
@@OverlordMalarkey No offence but what the fuck did you think Martin Scorsese did if not make movies?
@@jeremiahjoseph2413 I just wasnt aware he made movies, I honestly dont keep up to date with what's going on the film industry really. But I'm gonna look up to see what he made because I'm genuinely interested
Me and my friends first played the original game when we were like 9 or 10, on an ancient PC and I remember how unbelievable it was. 10 years later and it’s still such a great story, I was so excited when they announced the remake and I’m so glad they got it this right
My grandma was born in 1918 and when this game came out in 02, she was like ok you're up to no good. That was the Depression and if he has money for that suit, he's a gangster 🤣🤣🤣
Thats why Don Carlo is my favourite, so wise and quiet, he died of natural death and old too, the boss of the most powerful family in America, Gambino's name shall never be forgotten.
It's incredible to finally see graphics in game so realistic that you can mistake gameplay with reality. In 4:11 for a moment
I thought I'm still watching a cutscene. It may be the lighting in this scene, anyway, interesting stuff.
The animation is also done very well, helps to sell the illusion
When the taxi rolled up and you get that side angle for a second or two, it was a total mindfuck because it looked so photorealistic
Mafia franchise looks like its made 5 years ahead of its time, its beautifull. The story is spot on, the game mechanics is really good and the graphics is top notch. Cant stop playing these games.
He looks like a guy, who knows a guy, who knows a guy.
(Had to do it, It has been Don 200000 times before)
Who knows another guy
No he definitely is the guy... there's another guy on here who talked to another guy who knows a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy but doesn't seem like the guy who was the guy.
"It has been Don"
Haha these comments 😂
Ex-mob boss: "Also, we didn't have day-night cycle. It would just magically change according to our needs".

Mafia 4
During the manager mission I just walked up to him and shot him I didn't even get that bonus scene

I was actually disappointed that nothing like this was done when I played but to find out that there really is an extra scene makes me excited but annoyed I missed it 😭

I mean, I expected Mr. Franzese to appear anytime and react to Mafia. He's a youtube personality now
Has anyone realize that this dude here looks and sounds similar to Liam Neeson? I think Franzese is Liam Neeson double agent!
Fuck didn't know someone said this before me lol
Never seen the 2 of them in the same room
If they ever make a movie based on his life then Liam Neeson should portray him.
0:05 lmao i love the half assed censor for Rudy Giuliani
How does this guy get to give up details of being in the mob and not worry about pissing off some of the wrong people?
cause most of the stuff is already known
The ppl he could piss off are dead , or dying in a cell / on death row. It ain't all roses and champagne in "the life".
Because as a rat he is holed so deep up the federal government`s ass that he doesn`t even care.Too high profile and too important these days i guess.Plus, most guys he knew are already way past their times
Because he's retired and his Mafia likely no longer exists as most of the crew are either dead or in jail..

This guy is very wise and a lot of amazing life lessons so whoever's reading this whatever advice he's giving you that can apply to you, you should absolutely take it! Even tho he used to be a criminal? genuine question.
I wonder if he can just openly talk about that because he's just not talking about any specific and sensitive stuff that could bring somebody in prison or if everyone who would kill him for that is either dead or in prison for the rest of his life.
Probably both.
As much as I like Michael, he does lie a lot. He did give Information to police and he did kill people. Even though he claims that’s not true.
Yeah I’ve been wondering about that ever since I first saw him. What does everyone who worked with him or against him think about him talking about this?
@יהושע what's the podcast called?
@@VHS_NEON He has stated already that he cooperated with the feds (different video), so he didn't lie. And would you admit to killing people. He's older and not with that dry/self snitching shit most rappers do nowadays.

This is LITERALLY the EXACT collab I’ve been looking forward to.

I was kind of hoping that they’d show the scene where Paulie is having a breakdown about being killed because he got lazy and just how terrified he was about the life he lived
He looks good for someone who was around in the 1930s.
"Tommy enters a brothel in the game"
That's a gentleman's club!
The fact that they call him an "Ex mob boss" is mind blowing, a capo isn't a mob boss, they're like a manager for a company who supervises a group of people
A manager isn't a boss?
@@tucolalo8251 Yeah I think he doesn't realize that it's not wrong, it's just misleading. They didn't claim he was the head of the family, just that he was an ex-mob boss. That is true insofar as a capo had a number of men under him as part of the hierarchy. You wouldn't say your manager at an office isn't a boss because he's not the CEO, that's silly.
But it was a bit of a dick move for them to mislead people in that way. They could've just put capo or member of the mob or whatever. I'm sure that would be just about as enticing lol.
🤡🤡
I think Michael has refered himself as a street boss in his own videos.
im glad he turned his life around and also didnt snitch on his people.

Leeeet's not get carried away. Especially if you heard how much he had when he was still in the game.
See I told you this guy must direct Mafia 4
Goodness I love hearing this guy! Can literally listen to him all day.
Mike is a lovable guy. He just wants people to be blessed. 10/10 would talk to again if seen.
He should review mafia 2 as well. His description of become a made man is exactly what mafia 2 portrayed. The burning saint in his hands.
I cant help but to think he looks like Liam Neesons brother...
"...case brought up by Ru** **uliani" :D:D:D
Rudy giuliani lmao
The censored beep brought more attention than just leaving it as it is lol
Why did they censor his name?
Ikr Do we really need to censor his name anyways? Rudy isn't even sure what year 9/11 happened (even though he was the mayor of NYC in 2001 and worked with first responders).
Update Rudy Giuliani set up a press conference at a fucking landscaping company. LMAO
We REALLY need a Mafia 4 set in 70s Las Vegas. Holy shit that would be amazing!
That could be interesting. The Vegas skim. The Chicago outfit. Baliesteri crime family. Cleveland crime family. The Detroit partnership. Kansas City crime family. There could be different casinos with the different families controlling them.
Honestly, now that we know mafia, the old country is coming out next year. I would love to see Michael play mafia the old country
Just found this video and its funny because the first time I ever heard of this guy it was him analyzing the gas ticket bit in Mafia II. One of the things I respect about him is he is quick to point out what is truth and what is more fictionalized or what is embellished compared to the truth.
This man needs to be in the next Mafia game he's the perfect character.
Mafia 4 should be about his story
Love the way he promotes the game at the end. If he likes it, it has to be a good game.
Well, we don't know how much he likes or cares about it. I think just by virtue of these accuracies he's probably just like "eh I guess this is probably a pretty cool game," also they were probably paying him lol.

Khawaja Shaharyar bruh
Because trump supporters and republicans are being oppressed in this country and we have a right to have our names heard and a right to be thanked for the good things we’ve done
Coz chinatube is democrat
I just finished the game and wow just wow I loved it from start to finished. I think Hanger 13 finally got the ropes and I truly believe Mafia as a whole is in good hands.
"Mr. Franzese?"

I'd really love to see this man breaking down the last cutscene of Mafia:DE, how accurate Tommy's reactions are? Because I always felt they were off in the original.
I loved the first game. A masterpiece for various reasons!
why’d they bleep out Rudy Giuliani’s name in the intro lol
Cause they aint trying to piss off some supporters lol
@MeTHoD * Rudy was saying in the documentary during the beginning of the trial his wife and kid were moved to a safe house by the marshals and they taught him how to use a gun.
Good question, Michael always brings him up in every other interview so idek
I saw in another interview where Michael said that him and Rudy have since become friends, or at the very least, respect each other (since leaving the Mafia, obviously). And he mentions the Giuliani indictment often but this is the first I've seen where Rudy's name is bleeped out.
They didn't even do it well enough lmao
Mafia was one of the only games where i really got invested in the story, i really cared about the characters. It's great that is not exclusive and i can recommend to my friends in other platforms
I love how Tommy is just as good with guns as Vito and Lincoln, even though the other two were trained soldiers and Tommy is not. Look at the reload, the way he moves and shoots out of cover like he's a pro.
I detect some sarcasm
Now I’m buying the game.

Its great. The cars arent very fast, but are pretty cool.
I met this guy IRL, at a church in Ohio, great guy even bought his book.
i see someone wanted to do what they did with the Yakuza games
Interestingly enough, that has happened. Yakuza 3 was reviewed by a group of actual Japanese Yakuza who praised a lot about the game. The only things they really took issue with is Kiryu's terrible fashion sense and that Kiryu keeps getting into random fist-fights in the middle of the street.

He should direct some mafia movies
I was waiting for him to review mafia. He did mafia 2 a lil while ago. Didnt think he would do it this quick
Not 100% sure but I think the censored part was Rudy Giuliani, as he was huge on mob busting and it's part of what made him so well liked before he lost his mind.
How did they get that animation where Tommy shakes the manager’s hand and shoots him in the face? The game won’t let me do that
Probably cut and replaced with the turnbull assassination.
Parkourpotato turnball is sniper???
For anyone curious, you should just be able to go up to him and hit whatever button prompt it tells you (for ps4, it was circle). I did ask around for where he is before I went to assassinate him though so that could also be a factor.
Though he’s not a mob boss, to be in that position seems like a very powerful yet vulnerable position. Every position in the mob seems vulnerable, a very lavish, yet hard life. So interesting to hear his perspective. After seeing the game finished it seems pretty sad too, not an easy thing to leave behind.
but a caporegime is a mob boss lol, he directs a crew w several members under him w his own rackets etc
Not a boss? Okay, go into the corporate office of the job you work at and tell the CFO that he isn't a boss. Enjoy welfare.
