My ESS G2 came in for my car and got it driving today on a base tune. Goes on the Dyno Thursday for the full session. Absolutely love the kit and it installed so easy
I got my G2 kit installed about a month ago and I love it too! I’m getting a 100% meth kit installed from alky control and I’m getting the 110mm pulley hoping to make around 770 whp. Dynoed 685 whp 10 speed 2021 gt
That ZR1 of yours has some tough competition as it is already without the 105mm, 110mm, and 115mm pulleys installed on the ESS kit. Always impresses me how coyotes with boost are never something to scoff at, and will humble most people quickly who don't understand....... # cleeter cleet yeeeeet yeeeeet Looking forward to buying my ESS kit here in the next week or two and putting it on my 19.
The coyote is one of the only motors in the market right now that is 100% volumetric efficient from factory. LT/LS motors are only 70% efficient which is why those builds need more boost and way more displacement to make the same power.
Alex tuned my car. 2019 10r80 ess g3 E85. we started with 120mm then I did 110mm, and now we are at 100mm and the car is still on the very first tune he gave me! the tune was not adjusted at all other than adding timing once we made sure fueling looked good!! car drives and runs AMAZING!!!
@@midnight347 last season couldn’t get a good 60-130 I live in Ohio and it got cold. But it should be in the high 4’s. I also don’t have any weight reduction.

Hey Alex. I have a 2022 mach 1 mustang 6mt. I'm planning on getting the most power out my 5.0 using an ess supercharger. I will be using lund for my tuning of course. Im wanting 800 -900 whp. But i want to make the fuel system reliable. I would love to use e85 bbut its a little tideous. I prefer 93. Anyways with that being said . What supporting mods do i need besides what i know? I plan on long tube headers , catless, stock active exhaust,. a new clutch to handle the power and oil crank gears. But im clueless to the fuel system since ive been told to. avoid booster pumps and just upgrading the entire system. I would prefer not to upgrade it at the moment. But i can always upgrade later

-900 da that is nuts where do you guys run in a mine shaft or something? Lol. It's about 2000 ft elevation where I live so it's hard to see anything much below +1500 da. In 1500 da your car would prob go 5.6 or so which is good. The gearing advantage helps those autos out its not really fair

93 octane and 750 wheel/600 wheel tq, would be my favorite safe zone but you need upgraded oil pump and crank, axles, drives shaft, possibly trans, etc. I'm looking for high 9's at 150 in the 1/4. Just enough to rub it in my buddies face with his stock 720s that he says NO MUSTANG GT could touch him with under 1000 hp.

Do boostane man it isn't that difficult one cN of premium to each tank turns up to 15 gal of 93 into 100 octane 20 bucks a bottle if you get 8 packs on ebay they got em for 16-17 bucks each you save buying bulk. Only downside is gotta change plugs little more often that is about it

I have the ESS G2 Kit with the G3 Intercooler running 125mm with FIC 1000s and NGK 6510s gapped at .028 with a BAP, upgraded brakes, tires, ans rotors with the McLeod RXT 1000 Twin Disc Clutch on my 2020 6 speed 5.0 Premium Package with 3.55 gears in the rear tuned by Lund with stock OPGs and Stock Exhaust minus resonator delete since last May. Daily driver. I'm about to add some more mods and pulley down very soon but it is reliable unless you are driving it like you stole it. I rarely see true boost (7-8psi at 7300-7500RPM) until I floor it. Other than that it's mainly running N/A making maybe a pound or 2 of psi normally due to it being belt driven. But you'll be fine. Car is on my channel.
These ESS blowers are something else... Torque looks comparable to my whipple gen4. Question: Are those helical or straight cut gears? I noticed the noise when you did the pully change, and how does it compare to the vortec you previously had in your opinion? Also... You look happy. 👍

Open air intake to turbo will add 12-15 hp. Possibly some altering. no way a 120mm makes over 700 wheel. Well then I hear its on race gas!!!. How about 93?? I want 725 wheel on 93.
Alex i understand that you don't want to get a fuel system because daily driver. But getting one for youtuube purposes and good content with great information that many people now and in the future will look at and have a great example. Again no one has done this and getting a fuel system for providing content will really be greatly appreciated. And you can tame it down for you when finished with the UA-cam content.

Any boost on 14 psi will make that on e85 and a fuel system

No stock Injectors. Use at least predator injectors, and don't aim for 700 aim for 650

Yes. At about 14 degrees of timing it should make 620rwhp or so.

No. It will see slightly lower results as gen 3 have higher comp... better heads....better valves better cams.

Would it be safe to run a G3X with 125mm pulley ID1050 and BAP and keep daily reliability?
I have the ESS G2 Kit with the G3 Intercooler running 125mm with FIC 1000s and NGK 6510s gapped at .028 with a BAP, upgraded brakes, tires, ans rotors with the McLeod RXT 1000 Twin Disc Clutch on my 2020 6 speed 5.0 Premium Package with 3.55 gears in the rear tuned by Lund with stock OPGs and Stock Exhaust minus resonator delete since last May. Daily driver. I'm about to add some more mods and pulley down very soon but it is reliable unless you are driving it like you stole it. I rarely see true boost (7-8psi at 7300-7500RPM) until I floor it. Other than that it's mainly running N/A making maybe a pound or 2 of psi normally due to it being belt driven. But you'll be fine. Car is on my channel.
These ESS blowers are something else... Torque looks comparable to my whipple gen4.
Question: Are those helical or straight cut gears? I noticed the noise when you did the pully change, and how does it compare to the vortec you previously had in your opinion?

Yes the ESS in the video has straight cut gears for the "whine" noise . You can also buy them with the "silent" gear set.

I have a 2019 gt 10 speed and I want to purchase the G2 kit I do want to run e85 what setup what recommend ik I would have to upgrade the pump but what injectors? only looking to make 680-700 daily driven
You'd need a complete fuel system to run e85 on any boosted coyote. Fore level 2 recommended

Open air intake to turbo will add 12-15 hp. Possibly some altering. no way a 120mm makes over 700 wheel. Well then I hear its on race gas!!!. How about 93?? I want 725 wheel on 93.
It does. Depending on spark advance and fuel quality.
Alex i understand that you don't want to get a fuel system because daily driver. But getting one for youtuube purposes and good content with great information that many people now and in the future will look at and have a great example. Again no one has done this and getting a fuel system for providing content will really be greatly appreciated. And you can tame it down for you when finished with the UA-cam content.
