Wow so he jumps from the carnage Odin supercharged car to Camaro and back to mustang now pro charged. Totally doing the same thing we did with the red one. Wow. $$$$$$$$$$$$$ but great install ken
Awesome video KEN. Thanks for sharing. Keep the incredible content coming. Makes a huge difference. Hope you have an amazing night. Much love and RESPECT
Awesome job Ken and Chris. This looks like a awesome kit by ESS, really impressive with the numbers and how it looks plus the ease of install. Great job by HPR.
Nice looking car... I remember when I got arrested doing 140 in my stock lame ass 911 motor in 4th gear.... Glad I saved my money on UPGRADES to pay for my lawyer fees
This is the 120mm pulley on the G3 kit. The pulley is rated at 7.5 but that’s at a lower rpm. With the coyote revving higher it’s probably around 9-10psi. When zander gets his boost guage on we will know for sure.
Very impressive gains. Great job as usual Ken is it just me or does Chris remind you of Chris Stapleton? Anyway lol. Love how the Ess lines up with stock crank pulley.
He does have that look going lol. I was glad to get my hands on the kit. The fact that it’s easy to replace the belt and it’s mounting location but uses the stock crank pulley makes it a win for me.
I’ve been looking for a centrifugal supercharger and I’ve decided on this kit. The G2 is enough for me. What pulley did Zander get for the Mach 1? I was thinking 120mm if he’s staying 93 octane. Edit: also what injectors is he using?
Great video guys. Hey hrp forget about the money savings with the ESS. What would you choose whipple gen 5 vs VMP Odin or this ESS kit. 19 gt which I use mainly for the street.
Thank you! Whipple hits harder down lower in the rpm. It really depends on what you want out of the car. I’m a big PD blower guy so I would probably go with Whipple. However for a fun street car a centrifugal gets the Job done and ESS is what I would go with it getting a centrifugal. The price point is just a bonus.
I am a tvs guy so I vote odin. There won't be much heat soak issues on a coyote they don't run high enough boost to worry about significant heat soak because of the high compression. Just be sure to also do a vmp triple pass heat exchanger. With or without fans depending on what you want either way I'd go with the vmp triple even do a better than stock gt500 intercooler pump and vmp 3x capacity stock look coolant tank for the blower. You won't regret the odin the tvs are very awesome. Out of the twin screws (Whipple or kb) I'd Def prefer Whipple and out of the centri blowers (ess, vortech, procharger, etc) I would Def go ess. Just my .02.
@@SpeedAddict731 Ken, you guys do great work. I will be going this route. Now that my house issues are fixed from Hurricane Ida, I will be reaching out for a quote to get work done on my 19.
Have you dealt with any heat issues? I’m interested in tracking the car (road course) and would love to be able to run 20-25 sessions without overheating issues. Thanks
With an intercooler it'll be fine I'd get the largest one. Coyotes don't run very high boost because of the compression it should be fine as centris have less heat issues anyways.
My g2 kit showed up the other day. I haven't dug into it too much yet but I haven't seen installation instructions yet. Do you know if his was packed in the box?
I do not know how much this guy paid for this , I’m on the fence of a pro-charger or supercharger, love you & your shop to be the second mach1 you do ,,,, unknown if this a automatic or manual,, mine is automatic mach1
@@SpeedAddict731 definitely wanting it to be pretty fast on the street and be able to take it to the track and run really good numbers too. Also being able to still daily drive it comfortably as well.
@Chase_Goodrich any blower or turbo kit is gonna be fast with the right supporting mods and driver and tune, fuel etc. Turbo don't have instant response superchargers do but they can get into peak boost much quicker than a centri. I'm a big tvs fan I like the odin for coyotes they make good power and the best torque out if any of the options and it's awesome on a street car coyotes need help in the tq department anyways compared to like 07-14 gt500 and 03-04 cobra and the like. Built 2v and 3v also have alot more torque for any given power level. The coyote revs so high it makes alot of hp and alot less tq this is exaggerated with a centri. I vote odin.
What are the parts that are different from the gt and gt350. I recently ordered a g2 kit for my Mach 1 and didn’t know that I needed to order the kit for a gt350. Now I’m worried
This was the first Mach1 to have a ESS kit installed ever. So they didn’t know at the time what all it needed so they sent us a kit for a GT and told us to contact if we needed anything different. Once we went to install we sent pictures and talked with them directly to get the correct parts sent and then they made the Mach1 kits what they are now off of this. If you ordered a kit for Mach1, you are good.
@@SpeedAddict731 thanks for the fast reply and they didn’t offer the g2 kit for Mach 1 so I just ordered the g2 kit for gt thinking it would be the same since it’s a 5.0 instead of the voodoo. But now im hoping I didn’t mess up getting that kit. What all was different to make it work

The kit that Zander has retails for around 5700. That doesn’t include spark plugs, injectors or fueling. So you would need to buy injectors, spark plugs and either a bap or pump. Mention HPR and Zander13 when you purchase.
Thanks so much for the help with installing it. Huge shoutout HPR
Another awesome build by Ken and Chris at HPR with some killer tuning by Daryl!!
Thank you sir!
Another great job Ken and Chris. That install looked super easy with you two doing it. Great numbers on the car.

Those are damn good numbers. It rivals the competition. But I’m still amazed by the fitment. Top notch 🤘🏾🤙🏾
