Hey, Mina! In my opinion, no, you're not cheating, salt and water and oil are a given! And I love your recipes, you inspire me! Love from a sister in the US! ^_^
Ok. Stage 4 kidney disease here!! This stuff is seriously so good. And it doesn’t make me feel bloated. I made my own hummus since most is high in sodium. But over all. I was able to tweak some of these to fit my needs and it was really good.
MINA I MADE THE WHIPPED HUMMUS & PEPPER PASTA AND IT WAS LIFE CHANGING, ok I don't know if I live under a rock but the thought of hummus as a pasta sauce sounded really weird so I had to try it. I did end up making my own hummus for it (I used rainbowplantlife's hummus recipe- it's fire), and the end result creamy texture is so amazing! I ate the whole bowl and didn't feel overstuffed like I would if I ate a pasta bowl with a thick creamy dairylike sauce. This was awesome thanks for sharing you recipes with us!
Ich liebe nicht nur die Inspirationen sondern auch die Ästhetik sowie die Ruhe, die deine video ausstrahlen. Es wirkt alles irgendwie so mit sich im reinen und natürlich.
I have received your cookbook already!! I love the easy, accessible recipes that don't require exotic ingredients :) very excited to start cooking with it
my toast topping idea: hummus, grilled zucchini or eggplant, a bit of red cabbage with lemon juice, pesto and chips for crunch! thank you for another great video
@ameliakowalska2494 At least in my country, there are a lot of vegan pesto options in most supermarkets. If not, you could make some yourself with basil, garlic, oil and nuts/seeds.
my favorite toast ever: mashed or blended peas with vegan feta, sriracha and lemon juice! I often add sesame seeds to garnish. Would recommend!! PS: can't wait for your cookbook to arrive :)
I just did the "Whipped Hummus & Pepper Pasta". Girl...that was AMAZING!!!! I didn't add fried garlic since I didn't have it. But damn, so simple and yet SO DELICIOUS!
@@zosiacie6151 I would probably roast them over the stove if you can so they soften up. Or in the oven. Fresh ones are quite hard. Don't forget to remove the burned skin if you do it on the stove before blending :)
if you're on a white bean kick, my favourite dip / toast topping is white beans and artichokes blended together. you can add lemon juice, (roasted) garlic, and other seasonings too but it's even good by itself :•)
My version of avocado toast- mashed avocado seasoned with salt, cumin powder, date syrup, nutritional yeast and lemon and topped with cilantro, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds also a sweet toast that is absolutely heavenly- cashew butter, dates (soft ones mashed, can use date or maple syrup instead), sea salt and cocoa nibs/melted chocolate
Was so excited to get your cookbook today!! Great collection of recipes that I can't wait to try! You should be really proud!! Thanks for sharing more of your awesomeness with the rest of us.
The cookbook release is nearly here. How time flies 😳 Very excited to receive my copy soon. Also, great video. Always nice to learn new budget friendly recipes 😀
You know a day is ending well when see a notification for one of your videos :) love 5-ingredient meals, especially for when its a day of rushing around, these look absolutely delicious and perfect for those times 💗 your cookbook looks absolutely magnificent, and hope to get a copy soon (it's number 1 on the christmas list), absolutely would love a toast topping video! thankyou for this video and hope that the rest of both your evening and the coming week are fantastic 🥰🥰
the cookbook arrived yesterday!!! unfortunatly havent seen it yet as i get everything sent to my husbands work as we both work a lot and my work wont let me have things delivered even though parcels arrive daily (work at an optician) and he keeps forgetting to bring it home!!! its my day off tomorrow so better believe ill be showing up at his work to collect it haha
Hey Mina, I just wanted to say I love your channel. I'm not vegan and I'm actually a decent cook on my own so I don't really know how I ended up here originally, but I'm glad I did! Whenever I feel uninspired or lazy to cook or defrost meat, I find the most inspiration from your recipes which are unpretentious and super approachable and creative. As of right now, it's many hours past dinner time and I was going to just go to bed hungry after being sick for a few days and bedridden, but now I want to make some quick and tasty kimbap haha. Thanks for that :)
Love the toast - have been making that from some time. Suggestion: Try making the white bean dip as you would make hummus but subbing chickpeas for white bean (so white bean, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and I added oregano to mine). Its amazing!
I love playing with toast toppings, but yours today looks so so good! I will always love a classic cinnamon sugar toast - I like to sneak some turmeric in on myself for some extra warmth 🥰❤️🔥
your recipes are so unique, yet simple! nothing new, but avocado toast is my fave. I spruce it up with flaky salt and a really high quality olive oil, it's so worth it
I eat this for almost every breakfast! I toast two slices of Dave's Killer Bread then on one piece I add peanut butter, tahini, and granola. (Sometimes hemp hearts and chia seeds) and then for the other piece of bread, I add hummus and sliced cucumber! It is absolutely delicious 😄. I love all your videos!! 😊 They are so calming and filled with delicious foods!!
hey Mina! thank you for your wonderful content!! i was wondering if you could do a video full of recipe for students who live with only a stove please?? I have very limited items to cook with as i live in a student appartment, and i would looove to do your recipes but can't because i don't have a blender or so... Thanks bye!!
A video with ideas for topping toast sounds grand! I don't know how easily you can get them in Germany but here in the UK a classic lunch is beans on toast (but not just any beans!) They're haricot beans in tomato sauce which you then top with salt & pepper and cheese if you want ☺️ Also just wanted to say, I've been vegan for 6+ years and love cooking but still love watching your videos for super fun & creative food ideas - the way you use pantry staples/easily accessible ingredients and offer suggestions for substitutions makes your recipes really easy & adaptable. Plus you have a very charming personality, sweet voice, chill music choice, and smooth editing so I find your videos very soothing. I'm very excited for your cookbook, it's on my Christmas list 😁 I hope you are proud of yourself for all your hard work!! Much love 💜
A toast video would be great! I love toasting some sourdough bread and topping it with hummus (any kind of flavour works I think!) and then topping that with leftover baked brussel sprouts (that were baked in an oven with a lil olive oil, flakey salt and cracked black pepper until they were a little crispy). Feel free to add some black and white sesame for a little texture. It’s so good! 💚
toast idea that people make fun of me for butttt it's great: toasted bread(anything works but sourdough is best) mashed avocado with lime juice, garlic, and pepper flakes, red onion, black beans, feta cheese, and taco seasoning or hot sauce! so good!
Hi from the UK I love your channel I am a vegan and always looking for new recipes an you make a video about Korean street food I want to try it have no idea what I am doing 😊
Toast Topping Idea: Avocado&Tofu Simply cut the firm tofu into cubes and fry with olive oil, when is almost done add salt and pepper. Meanwhile smash half an avocado and add lemon, salt and pepper. Then just mix both together and enjoy. Also if you wanna add more flavor some chopped onion&tomato work perfect. 😋🥰
I happened to make folded Kimbab / Onigirazu just two days ago. :D In my experience it is possible to shape it without using plastic wrap. I glue the corners of the nori together by squishing a few grains of sushi rice and using that as glue. Then I carefully flatten the Onigirazu with my hands, turn it over so the closed side is facing the table and let it rest a little before cutting it. I guess using plastic wrap is still the safer way to go, especially if you happen to overfill (always a hit or miss), but it is possible as a more sustainable alternative! :) Thanks for your lovely and easy recipes! Looking forward to receiving your Cookbook any day now. :)
This is good on toast but better on bagels. A thin layer of cream cheese, topped with garlic fried mushrooms, spinach, vegan sausage and option tomatoes. Also work great with mashed avocado instead of cream cheese.
one of my fav toast (or in my case bagel) toppings: maple cinnamon cream cheese topped w fresh berries and vanilla almond butter !! 🍁 i make the cream cheese by combining maple syrup, cc and cinnamon sooo good
Hey Mina! I tried the whipped hummus & pepper pasta and It was amazing! It has became one of my favorite meals. Thanks for sharing this amazing recipe!
2:36 ok well that's a very generous tablespoon lmao but loved this vid as always! :) wanted to watch it right after the meetup last Sunday but didn't have the time, but now I have accompanied with some pumpkin chai tea
I’ve done a similar recipe to the kimbap sandwich and go get around using plastic wrap, I just used rice paper! And then you can just eat it. It does change the texture of the dish though
Yes, please. I’d love the toast topping ideas. My favorite toast topping is butter &Vegemite &mayo and picked chili with avocado on top. Let me know if you tried it. So good 😊
Sweet toast topping idea: chocolate hummus with some kind of berries, maybe combined with a layer of cream cheese or similar. I honestly have never tried chocolate hummus myself but I can imagine that you would create something wonderful with it - would be excited to see!
Excellent 5 ingredients meals beautiful & gorgeous Mina. I will have to try also these recipes and love 🥰 your video's and love 💕 Mina. Have a good week.
One of my fav toast toppings has to be cream cheese with pickled beetroot, fresh basil, some spices and some roasted seeds (sesame, sunflower and flaxseed). And if I have them at hand, some homemade pickled red onions :D always delicious
Ok Mina: Kidneybohnen, Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer und Chiliflocken pürieren. Mein Lieblingstoastaufstrich! Schmeckt eigentlich mit allem gut (z.B. Gurke/ Tomate), aber auch einfach so.

an idea for the first recipe for those (me) who dont own blenders: we could use tomato paste + chopped bell peppers + hummus and just stir it in without blending it! it would taste a little different but i think it should work? also it's less cleaning lol
you're definitely not cheating! oil, salt, water, and even regular spices don't count in my opinion! cant' wait to try some of these recipes soon :)

Toast topping: peanut butter with vegan choco spread (the combo is so good.. so simple tho. Sometimes nice to add a mashed banana on top too!)
That soup looks so good! I can imagine the red bean paste goes really well in the oats too, I never would have thought to put those together 😊🌻
