I would love to see your weekly shopping. I live in a 1 person household for the first time and I am so bad at buying the right amount of things + buying things that you can cook versatile meals with. Would love to see how you plan your weekly meals and what you shop for it
Omg, you need to combine the shakshuka with a simple Tahini sauce: white Tahini, salt, lemon, water. Mix until smooth and drizzle over. It is a divine combination
and for savory vegan pancakes, you can also make besan cheela, like an indian pancake. the batter is basically just besan (gram flour in English), water, spices like garam masala, and whatever vegetables you like - i opt for grated carrots, grated zucchini, peas, onion, and tomato. its super yummy and very very high protein. usually, we eat it with achar (which is like indian pickled veggies), but i also like it with maggi hot and sour tomato sauce (or you can mix together ketchup and hot sauce if you don't have this)
Practical Magic is one of the best witchy movies! The aesthetics, the actual spells! And that possession scene scared the hell out of me when I was a child.
hey as you mentioned the pasta water, I personally save the pasta water like I drain it by pouring it in a glass container and put that in the fridge and use it in sauces later, just mind it might turn into a kind of jelly-like texture - that's fine it's what's keeping the sauce thicker
I got way too obsessed with the fancy porridge, I was craving it the whole day because it was so, so good! I can't wait until I can enjoy it again tomorrow morning ^^
for the vegan shakshuka, you can also use idli batter (a south indian breakfast dish) in place of the eggs / tofu! (and btw kalanamak is just black salt in hindi)
01:01 you don't need to stir for 30 seconds, it is enough just few stirs, and it will not stick, but yes, you have to do it Immediately when you put your pasta in water
I enjoy these videos, but I always wonder how it is you've got so many friends to hang out with that share your interests. 😆Everyone I know is so vastly different from me we'd never be able to agree on a movie let alone be true friends. It's amazing to me you've cultivated this group.
Hey Mina, love the video! How do you take care of your wooden chopping boards? Do you oil them regularely? Mine always dry out so bad and it feels like I can never get them as clean as I want
You need to spend more money on ceremonial matcha for that. A slightly darker matcha might be the baking kind. Some matcha is labelled as (for drinks). Just go based on your price point. I just use a cheaper drinking matcha powder. I do use a sieve to remove clumps to the matcha. Also using a bamboo whisk is a must. It’s the only thing that ensures no lumps form after you pour in your water or milk option.
Unrelated, but does anyone know where Mina gets her tattoos done? I’m moving to Berlin and looking for an artist that does cute small, minimalistic designs.
Sooo I'm literally in my kitchen cooking supper, so now I'm dancing in my kitchen like BJA again 😅 That miso soup with dumplings looks absolutely incredible, Mina 😍 Side note: I actually love Reddit. Yes, it can be scary and unhinged. But, like any social media site, it just depends on how you curate your feed. There are some really wonderful and wholesome vegan subreddits, mental health subreddits, book subreddits, etc 😊
@@Mina_Rome woah, my apologies, Mina. I've been away on vacation this past week and haven't really looked at my phone or social media at all. So, I'm only seeing your response now. I find a lot of reddit users misogynistic and annoying/condescending but it is really useful if you're looking for something specfic, there are a lot of hidden gems on reddit. and I guess insta/tiktok comments are not much better..
@ I’m surprised haha, I’ve been using Reddit for over ten years and never really felt that (unless specifically seeking it out like you say ig in a few subs). I’ve never used TikTok but insta for sure has some of odd parts

The savoury pancakes reminded me that I made besan chilla for the first time the other day. Big suggestion if you haven't tried it!
*YUMMY!!* I Love these ideas.
Hi, do you plan on doing a receipe for exam video ? They’re comming up and I often struggle to find something easy and nutritious to do :)

Insta and tiktok. I avoid. One thing I despise. UA-cam shorts autoplaying without your consent.
Tiktok is actual hell. Instagram and twitter are kinda hellish. Reddit is not that bad.

what matcha are you using? I've got troubles with finding a matcha as bright green as yours :)

Puttanesca can be made vegan pretty easily you just don`t add anchovies or cheese unless its vegan parmasan. Capers are a olant so they are vegan
So gooood 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
love this vid, also your new editing style, reddit is indeed quite a scary place sometimes I do love it though :(
your the Nigella of the vegan world🤩🤩🤩
💚💚💚
inhaler in the intro I KNOW THAT'S RIGHT
omg uncarley feature we love to see it
Just love the Germanized way you speak English, such as "add some in-water-dissolved cornstarch"... what would be the German phrase for that??
In wasser gelöste maisstärke
omg the inhaler song in the beginning??

Delas Studio or AllesKlaraTattoos I can recommend, but there’s so many more!

Love the recipies Mina ❤ Pls don't eat microwable popcorn. All butter flavoured products have Diacetyl which causes mainly respiratory illnesses!
