For everyone living in Germany: the Lidl Dürüm Wraps are wayyyy superior to every other wrap. They are bigger and more flexible, hold twice the amount of filling, don't break when you try to roll them up and they last forever in the fridge when you roll up the opened packaging. Dürüm Wraps forever!
you’re an ideas machine mina! the way you come up with all those wonderful recipes in your cookbook and still manage to create these new, interesting meals is amazing
My faaavorite way to eat wraps recently has been like this: Fry bell peppers with garlic & Italian herbs, when they're halfway done, add corn and then leftover rice and mix it. I make like a salsa kinda mix of chopped cucumber, tomato and radish & add some herbs like parsley or whatever you have. When building the wrap I start with a layer of sauce (lately I've been obsessed with a store-bought Hawaiian sauce) then add the rice mix, sprinkle over some cheese, add the salsa mixture, a little more sauce, some iceberg lettuce and a few pieces of tortilla crisps (game changer!) Then roll it up and of course toast it. it's SO good!
just wanted to say that I looove the small candles in the background! IKEA has small glass candle holders, they're like €0,40 (in the Netherlands), and super cute! that would make it look even cuter! (:
ive been cooking the carbonara recipe consistently for a few months now, so i wanna speak about my experience and discoveries to honor it it has become my comfort food because of how easy and yummy it is. also, it uses ingredients i always have at home (aside from the tofu, which i dont include anymore and just add more peas) so its my go-to when i havent gone grocery shopping. i have increased the amount of chickpea flour and milk for one serving cause it makes it creamier. i discovered this after one time i mistakenly made two servings of carbonara for just one serving of noodles and it was heaven. i also tend to skip the cheese because it doesnt make that much of a difference to me, but butter is very important to enhance the taste and apart from salt and pepper, i also recommend using garlic powder. i feel like it makes the taste feel more complete :D and thats all i think. thanks mina rome for blessing us with this meal idea, i dont think i could ever thank you enough for introducing me to such beautiful recipe
I made the lemon tofu recipe from your cookbook and it was EPIC! I normally hate tofu (especially the texture), unless it's in scramble form, but this was unbelievably delicious! 🤤🤤🤤
I tried one ice cream recipe from your channel 3days ago and that's turned out so well like the bought one . I was admired by everyone in my family. Thank you Mina so much for sharing amazing recipes with us .
@@Mina_Rome No. The ice cream recipe is from your Stranger Things Inspired Recipes. Thank You So So Much Mina . The ice cream was totally like the bought one.
i’ve been watching your videos for years now, you are one of my favorite creators and i really love everything you share with us, such a comfort channel !!!
Wow that last recipe was a lot like something I had at a vegan restaurant yesterday called Paisley. It was Buffalo Chickpea instead of tofu, but I'm going to go with what you made, plus some cucumbers that were actually added to the veggies and warmed.
I love your videos and was shocked when Vegeta came on the screen cause it´s a Croatian product that´s used a lot by people here. I know expats buy it so they have it in some stores outside of Croatia. How did you come upon it? :D
loved these recipes! i was wondering if you (or anyone reading this really) have any tips or ideas for more protein-rich meals? currently trying to balance eating vegan more often while also working out 5 times a week. it's a work in progress :)
I'm struggling with the same thing. I've found having a tofu scramble with any kind of beans and spread on toast helps getting in some protein every morning. Add nut butters and hemp seeds to your meals for extra protein & calories. Protein shakes could be so great too, but I haven't found one that I 'enjoy' yet.
I’d also remind the channel by Simnett Nutrition! He’s a vegan bodybuilder and has a lot of awesome recipes and food recommendations on his channel! Here’s one example: ua-cam.com/video/VVBVif1PXi0/v-deo.html
Wish I could find some smoked tofu! I’ve tried the coops and Asian markets where I live but no luck. I marinated in a liquid smoke marinade but … probably not the same.
not sure if it's possible to make a vegan version of this. I haven't tried. but I love molasses cake. it's not overly sweet, kinda reminds me of gingerbread. If you do try to make it I'd love to know how you did it
Hiii I love your recipes! I made the carbonara type meal, but for me it just kind of tasted like the chickpea flour. I followed every step and added a lot of salt and chili but I think it didn't work properly. But I'll be trying more of these ideas soon 😊
Hello there! I just double checked the recipe description and noticed I had written 2 tbsp chickpea flour instead of 1 🙈 sorry bout that! So that might be why there was an overpowering chickpea flavour. But apart from that if u use a yummy tasting vegan Parmesan this recipe should work amazingly!
@@Mina_Rome ahhh yes chickpea flour has quite a distinct flavor and I did use 2tbsp so that was probably why! I'll be trying it again and with more cheese ❤️
The "add Water/H2O" was so unexpected and nearly killed me 🤣 Really enjoying the chill vibes of your videos and definitely will be making the oyster mushroom and the tofu recipe soon! 😍
Hi Mina! I m a follower since your very firsts videos, years ago. I m pretty curious about what you think of vegan cheese with fat of coconut, and what are the best ingredient's "base" of vegan cheese we can buy on the market (I m italian living in brasil).. I don t eat any kind of dairy and I found almost the vegan cheese very heavy for the liver and I m looking for a good and the most healthier option. Thank you in advance !
Hui fein fein! Bin immer für schnelle Ideen dankbar. Wo kaufst du denn den veganen Kimchi? Hab bis jetzt keinen gefunden. Ist der arg scharf? Ich mag lieber mild
the brand is called Youn's Gemüsehof :) the best vegan one i tried so far!! i get it from my local asian food store, not sure they sell it outside brandenburg tho, maybe online?

the little details like the beat aligning with the setting down of the jar and the ice cubes being added at 1:53 🤌
I just love how the beat in the music at 1:53 matches so perfectly as if it was the dropping sound of the ice cubes :)
how you added the ice cubs to the beat at 1:53, ahhhh this makes my heart happy, incredible recipes as always mina😍

Combo recommendation!! Orange with a sprinkle of oregano - so so good!!
Koreans sometimes eat kimchi with warm tofu, but it's really delicious even if you don't cook it separately.
looks soo good! now I know what i can eat for the rest of the week :)

just to chime in - it's suuuuuper popular in Poland. (I didn't realize it's Croatian!) but it's a staple in many polish households
@@kingamoch It is, that doesn´t surprise me, us Slavs like similar flavors. :D

Hui fein fein!
Balkan people seeing Vegeta in the recipe: 😍😍🤭🥰
Am I the only one who saw that photo of three girls popping in for a sec? (3:09)
Another yummy video 😋🥰thanks! Also I’ve to ask: what food processor do you have? Do you recommend it? 🤓
it's by Tri Star ! I do recommend it for the price, but I bet there's better ones out there :)
Can you do microwaveablr recipes
What Brand of Kimchi do you use? I don't now which one to get. I am from Hamburg :)
